For the most part, our experience with customer service was not a problem. We had bought a Black & Decker edger and blower on the Lowe's website and when we got it, the battery wouldn't charge. After taking it to the store, we learned the charger was defective. Our money was quickly refunded. We went to get another one but they do not stock Black and Decker lawn equipment in store. What they had was other brands twice the price. Ended going to Home Depot.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received! My family and I arrived and immediately went to customer service to discuss the truck rental process. We obviously wanted to make sure we had all of our boxes checked before making a large purchase. We then went and gathered the items we wanted and paid while they were doing the inspection on the truck. We returned to take possession of the truck and get our items home only to be informed we needed a major credit card for the deposit. THE DEPOSIT WE WERE NEVER INFORMED WAS NEEDED. We returned our entire purchase and I will no longer be doing business with them.

I was needing some outdoor hooks which had been put away after Christmas. I looked everywhere and was about to leave for the another store and two ladies went above (with a ladder) and beyond to find them for me. The best customer service I have ever experienced at this Lowe’s.

If you are looking for customer service, don't shop here. The lady at the register by the lumber exit will treat you like a thief, you will get better service out of a cactus. Then I can't tell you how many times I was almost ran into by employee's looking at their phones and not watching what they are doing. If I was you go somewhere else.

A winning going through lawn mowers saw clerk asked him where the hoses were for the hot water tank he stunk to high heavens he said he didn't know what I was talking about and to ask somebody.

I went to get paint and they accidentally forgot to clean the buckets (3-5 gallons) I just got off work and wearing scrubs and while transferring them to the cart it got all over my scrubs. I had already had an emotional day and just started crying. The manager was so understanding and sweet and gave me a refund for my time/trouble and a new pair of scrubs. (Which are about $80 for top and bottom) It made me feel very understood and cared for as a PRO customer.

OJ Price runs a great store. Lots of product, well merchandised and friendly staff. I’m here too often lol. No wonder the parking lot is always full. My go to local home improvement store.

We had a little trouble finding the aisle we needed but when I did find it the gentleman who come help us he was very helpful very knowledgeable and had some input on some of the ideas that we had we got what we needed and we got out pretty quickly the only other complaint I would have is to get the tax exempt card to work that we had we would have had to stop paying go over to the customer care spot and then have them put the information into the machine and then go back and check out again wasn't worth our time so we just paid full price something to think about making more convenient

I always have good shopping experience here. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. There must be good management here at this location, I've never has problems and come here often.

Once I had looked up the items needed for the cashier and was given a reciept I was directed outside to the lumber yard where young Dylon and the other teenaged "pros" were meandering around in the shade. After 10 minutes one "pro" slowly strolled up to me and we began a 45 minute search for my items and loading then unloading a incorrect version of my items. Then sent to customer service for another 10 minute wait for a refund as the items weren't actually in stock. Each interaction with Lowes employees was met with lethargic, lazy and dismissive attitudes. I'm no longer a lowes customer.

Not bad. They need alot more kobalt tools seems. It's hard to find someone for any kind of help. And most of the time if you're a knowledgeable person you'll know way more than them so there is no point. There is a select few of knowledge ppl working there.
