Man. 0/10. Used the entirety of building a house. Not one order was right. If they didn't have it they would just throw something "similar " in or hey just charge it but not put it in the box at all. Ridiculous. Unmotivated. I don't see how they stay in business. Also at one point an employee was downright disrespectful to an older gentleman at the counter I was shocked. Don't recommend.

I want to say the guys at locke supply in Shawnee are great guys, in the air conditioner department, great attitudes, very help, and very good hearted, very friendly, thank all of you for what you did for me, God bless all of you for your good hearted hearts.

I went in to get a two way shut off valve for a kitchen sink and instead of getting me what I wanted the guys argued with me when I knew what I was talking about so I had to go somewhere else and spend $25 on a part I could’ve spent 4 dollars on so lock supply lost my business for ever, they show they incompetent

Purchased some 3 inch conduits at Locke and they was having issue with their card reader. Cancelled the first transaction and redo the transaction. I signed and approved the 2nd transaction. A day later got a notification from my bank about 2 transactions from Locke and was pending. I waited to see if one would fall off, but it didn't. A day later both transactions went through. I went to Locke and they had to call it in with no luck. They took my name, number and receipt and said they would call me. Still waiting

The gentleman that helped me in the HVAC department was very patient with me. I came in 15 min til close and forgot the part number at home. He never rushed me as I called hubby so we could get what we needed. Thanks bunches
