Nathan Bray made buying my new Bronco Sport a very positive experience. He listened to me about what I was looking for and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He was very easy to work with and seems to really enjoy his job and working with the customers. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I drove to Joe Cooper Ford in Shawnee to look at vehicle we had found online. We met sales professional Nathan Bray who was all in on finding us the perfect vehicle. We had him going from one lot to the next and pointed out several different vehicles that we became interested in and he never hesitated for a minute in showing us each one. Once we pin pointed the perfect vehicle for us he got to work on it. We then met business manager Carl Allison. He took the pain out of purchasing a new vehicle! We could not have asked for a better guy on the business side of it. These guys are great!!! If your looking for a vehicle give them a try, they will not do you wrong! Thank you guys for making it an easy transaction, and we love the new vehicle!!!

Well this is my second time writing a review because unfortunately the purchase of my car wasn’t the only thing I had to deal with them on. First, I knew exactly which car it was that I wanted and it was almost like they didn’t want to sell it to me and kept trying to offer me any other car, to the point that I had to switch from the original salesman helping me to a different one. Then, I was lied to multiple times when it came to financing. I decided to go straight to the bank for financing and at one point they straight up refused to give me the necessary paperwork to take to the bank because I wasn’t using their in house financing, definitely DO NOT TRUST CARL (who is in the financing department.)LESS THAN THREE DAYS after the purchase, my “Cooper Certified” car was having A/C problems. Took it into their shop to have it looked at and it was leaking freon and had a hole in the condenser. Take it from my experience, COOPER CERTIFIED DOES NOT MEAN A THING. All in all, I went about two weeks without a car because they refused to give me service loaner. I was told that they don’t give those out unless you pay a daily fee. WHY THE HECK WOULD I PAY WHEN IT’S YOUR FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING YOUR “CERTIFIED” USED VEHICLES?!The only decent thing from them was the service department. Heath was who helped me out and kept me informed on what was going on because at a certain point sales wouldn’t even really take my calls. Each time there was some excuse as to why my salesman wasn’t there or why they didn’t have any updates. All this to say, I would NEVER recommend buying from Joe Cooper, take my advice because I wish I took everyone else’s who told me not to go with these guys.

Daniel was a very good salesman. He listened to what we wanted and was willing to meet us halfway. The dealership will make money off our trade in and made money off the purchase. We were unable to get a second key fob due to “inability to order”, but are very happy with the vehicle. Unlikely to purchase from Joe Cooper again.

We had the best experience from finding the car we wanted online to an immediate phone call from Daniel Frye with more info & promise to hold the car for us to come see in person that evening. Daniel was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The negotiation process was way better than past experiences at other dealerships and we walked out with our car in record time! We would highly suggest Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee and Daniel Frye as yourpoint of contact!

Daniel Frye and the team at Joe Cooper in Shawnee were great and efficient. We had been looking for a vehicle and found one online but were getting the run around from other Joe Cooper locations. When I called the Shawnee location Daniel answered and was able to not on track down the vehicle but send us a video confirming it was on their lot before we drove the hour there. Would highly suggest working with him again.

Joe Cooper Ford Shawnee location is by far the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We came in with a very unique situation and they were able to find us the PERFECT car to help us out. They genuinely care about their customers. I recommend this dealership to everyone!

Ron has sold us cars for years. We are always very pleased with his service. My husband died since my last car bought from Joe Cooper. I just bought my first car with out him this week end. I knew Ron would help me find what I wanted and I could trust him to help me. I told him what I was looking for. When I got to Joe Cooper he had two cars waiting for me. He had just exactly what I wanted. Ron made my buying stress free. If you need a car ask for Ron he will be a friend for life!

Purchased my second Mustang from Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee and had a great experience. My salesman, Blain, finance manager, Carl, and the entire staff treated me like family and went the extra mile to make my experience what I wanted to be, which was great. I special ordered a 2024 Mustang GT and have been waiting for so long. Blain knew how excited I was and sent me a video the moment it rolled off the trailer and I was able to take delivery the following morning. They knew it was a big deal to me and did everything I asked and more. I will not shop anywhere else. Thank you to everyone who made the experience one I will remember forever.

Yes the customer service was nice but the car service wasn’t. My car was sold to me with many problems. Not only was the window permanently damaged from the dealership having to pop it open themselves but also I was given an unshaven key for my car. As well as the interior back of my tailgate fell off of my car as soon as I drove it home, while I was showing my family my new car. The service engine light has not stopped coming on after getting it checked and I also payed more than the price online for this car. This was my first car to purchase and am really sad they didn’t care to help me with the damages they only cared about “getting out of the hole” they were in for getting the car.

Drove a 100 miles to look at a used truck. Dennis and Blaine were amazing and no problems. Really worked with us to get a good price. Unfortunately found a few problems with the truck but the dealership was able to work with us to fix the problem. The customer service is truly one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They truly do put their customers first! Be sure to ask for Dennis or Blaine to do business with!

I called and was offered a discounted price if I purchased the vehicle today. So I made the 3 hour drive to Shawnee, test drove the vehicle and was going to finance through ford. That’s were everything went wrong. They said I could not get the discounted rate and the special financing together, it was either or and they tried to make me feel stupid and that I didn’t understand. I was a loan officer I understand financing. So I left. I have confirmed with another Joe Cooper dealership that I CAN finance with ford for the special rate and have the discounted price. Don’t trust anything they say, all they want is $$$$

Good price on a low mileage used car. Daniel did a great job showing us the Ford Focus. The car was in excellent shape and the negotiating was a fair process. Carl the finance manager helped us get a great rate better than our bank. Overall a good experience.

I am not sure what the Cooper Certified title actually means. The final selling point for the car I purchased was the fact that it was “Cooper Certified”. I assumed that the car had passed a rigorous inspection and was backed by some sort of guarantee. 18 hours after I purchased my car, I was about to head to work my car was dead. I jumped the car and took it to a local mechanic who did a battery check. The results showed that the battery was operating at 30% capacity, this means that the person who sold me the car had to have jumped it prior to selling it to me and didn’t warn me that the battery had to be jumped to even start it. Not even 24 hours in to owning the vehicle, I had to spend 250$ on a new battery. The salesman said he worked with the management team and that I would receive a check in the mail in about a week, it has now been almost 4 weeks and I have not received a check or my title package to title my vehicle.2 days ago, we got the first rain since I purchased the vehicle, I woke up to water in the interior. After inspecting the sunroof, I found several pieces of broken class in the ceiling. The glass appeared to be a part of the original sunroof that had apparently been shattered and not replaced properly, the plastic piece in the back of the sunroof that is designed to route the water through the drainage pipes is broken on one side.I know things happen, but why would you put a title of “Cooper Certified” on vehicle and sell it to someone without the actual inspection or due diligence? This is a poor sales practice and a very poor customer service practice; I reached out to the salesman about the sunroof and did not receive a reply.Simply put, don’t use the “Cooper Certified” tag influence your decision to buy the vehicle, it clearly doesn’t mean anything. Also, don’t expect any kind of communication or customer service after you purchase the vehicle and leave the lot.

The fastest and easiest vehicle purchase I've ever been a part of. From salesman to financing, the whole process was quick, efficient, and the least bit stressful. Plus they filled up my gas tank and let me choose my own scent before I left.
