We had excellent service. This was our first car inspection in Shawnee and Derick Bales was awesome. The dealership found a couple of things that needed to be fixed and it increased the wait but they went across town to get our part. All of the staff salesman went above and beyond to help us out!!

I worked with Joseph (Joey). I had a great experience! I was happy to finally come to a place that didn't play games. Joey was honest and straightforward with information and worked hard for us. He was friendly and genuine. We really appreciate him and we would definitely send family and friends his way.

Joseph was my salesman, great to deal with. Went through all of the details with me right off the bat. Never felt pressured at all. Ray the general manager came out and met us shook hands and acknowledged we were there. Can’t say I’ve ever had that happen in the city before! Drove all the way from Guthrie, 10/10 experience.

I bought a 2014 GMC sierra 1500 from them last year and just a few weeks ago. My transmission went out and I bought a warranty through them when I first bought the truck and I had them take it back to get the transmission repair done and I went to go pick it up and I said I had $1000 out of pocket whenever my deductible is only $250 and I asked what was the additional charges for they cannot provide me the additional charges and then whenever I got into my truck and I started driving it. I noticed that my radio was not working right that it kept black screening and a whole bunch of other stuff and my Bluetooth would not connect to my phone and I asked like what’s going on with my radio because it was not doing this before hand. Then they proceeded to have me come back and then take a look at it and they said that they tried to fix it and they could fix it. They said that they would have to hold onto my truck a little bit longer and they said that they can inspect it for free, but whatever else is wrong with that they would have to I would have to pay out-of-pocket, and I proceeded to tell them that there was nothing nothing wrong with the radio before they did the repairs to my transmission and they said that a carbon the battery been disconnected for so long and now they want me to pay to make the repairs that they messed up 100% would not recommend buying and or getting your vehicle worked on at Joe cooper

My favorite place to buy a car. Ray, Chad and Cameron were so helpful during the car buying process and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I had a screaming toddler and baby with me and they were so patient and even helped to calm my toddler down. This was my second vehicle purchased here and will not be the last.

I'm going to give Joe copper a chance to contact me before I write my review about his dealership. It's going to be a pretty nasty review. Here is your chance to stop me from writing it. I bought a truck from them for 12000.00 dollars they told me what a great deal I was getting. I went back 3 months later to trade it in they offered me 4000.00 dollars and told me my truck wasn't worth anything. What a great company this is it's all about the dollar not the customer.

Salesman was great. Very patient as we test drove several cars before deciding on one. Sales manager wasn’t helpful at all and almost cost them a sale. Finance was the best part of the whole deal. She was very nice and respectful of our time and got us in and out quickly.

I went in last week to get a 2020 Mazda 6. Joey and his trainee Corey took care of me and I had an excellent experience. They had a good mix of friendliness and professionalism that made it easy to negotiate a price that worked for me on my car. Overall I had a fun time buying my car and would definitely go to them in the future!!

Besides the normal Sales pitch, this dealership was great! They worked the numbers so that each of us were happy. They were professional in all aspects of car buying and I would definitely buy from them again. Ask for Chad (sales)and you will not be disappointed. God bless!

I do not recommend buying a used car here. I paid $39,000 cash for a used Cadillac Escalade from them. I felt comfortable buying the vehicle because they told me that it was Cadillac certified. However, the next day after purchasing the vehicle the running boards, radio and cruise control stop working. I have tried for the last three weeks calling them over and over again and all they do is promise to have someone call me and I have yet to hear from anyone. My salesman was Anthony and like everyone else there all they care about is making a sale and nothing else. This dealership is like the car dealership from the movie Matilda. They make the cars look nice so that you would purchasing them but soon as you drive off the lot it falls apart and they do not care about anything after that. Now I realize why they push buying the warranty because they know that they are selling junk cars. If I could give zero stars I would. Never will I ever buy or refer and one to Joe Cooper dealership. My family has been buying vehicles from Mr. Cooper and his team since the 90's. I have never had a bad experience. Had the privilege of working with Hudson Woods and Justin Wilkerson here recently on getting my wife a new car. She is extremely happy which means I am extremely happy. I highly recommend Joe Cooper.

The salesman was great. Not pushy. I knew what I wanted and he was able to answer all my questions about the car I was interested in. The finance guy was friendly. He presented my options and allowed me to pick what was most important to me. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

I went in to get an oil change on my truck and I will never go back again. I had an appointment scheduled at 8:15 am & didn't leave until a little bit after 1 pm. When I called to make my appointment, I asked how long it would be & after being told 1-1.5 hours, I told them I'd wait in their waiting area.I got to the 2 hour mark then texted the employee asking if they had an estimated completion time & he told me not much longer that they were almost done. So I waited. I go up there 30 min later & he tells me there's a problem with a stripped lugnut & if I was willing to wait for them to fix it. I asked how long & he said 20 min so I said sure.Well, it's been 30 minutes since & I was still waiting. I go back over & ask what the hold up is & he said they were wrapping up & almost done. Its been 4 hours now at this point. I went back up & ask again how long it'll be & if I need to call someone to come get us, then he says they don't have the lugnut for my truck. I tell them to put everything back together & that I'd drive it home. My husband can go get the piece & fix it. He tells me he doesn't like to leave the vehicle like that but at this point, I just want to go home. I didn't live very far so I told him it was fine. It takes another hour for them to do that & get out of there.So, I spent 5 hours of my day there for them to do an oil change & never have the audacity to just come out & talk to me about this lugnut. I was there with my 2-year-old the whole time & not once was I offered a ride home or anything. I contemplated calling my neighbor to come get us several times but everytime I was assured they were just about done. So, my question is.. why didn't they come out & tell me they didn't have the piece. It took me going up there, throughout the 3 hours, 3 separate times for them to give me any kind of information. Even the other customers in the waiting area couldn't believe it. I was frustrated, angry, tired, irritated.. all with good reason. The waiting area is child friendly but not for 5 hours & no one took that into consideration when they knew we'd been there that long. This is unacceptable & I hope they will do better in the future for other customers... we won't be back.This oil change was part of our coopercare plan that included 3 oil changes, tire rotation & multi-point inspection. We still have one more on our plan & won't be back to use it. I would rather pay to not come back here. While their employees are friendly, their customer service is horrible & we've never had a good experience here.Might I add that this isn't the first time we've been screwed by this dealership. When we first bought our truck, the GM was trying to get us to sign a paper without letting us look at it. Eventually, we got it worked out but he wasn't happy and never even came back to see us.
