Updated: Been more than 5 years and it is still the Largest selection in the area for sewing products. It has the best customer service. Their holiday selections of fabric are always delightful!
Just in case Google shows them closed again. They are open 0900-1900 Mon-Sat and 1000-1800 Sun. Accurate as of 16 March 2024.

They are open again. Great selection, and knowledgeable staff. I prefer Joanne's over hobby lobby.

Cashier was extremely rude and told someone in front of me to spank her child. All because the child was asking for her candy that the mom was buying.

At checkout my children were asking questions and wanting to help put things on the counter. When my youngest asked for her chips I just paid for the cashier was rude. She told me that while it’s usually frowned upon spanking my kids would be ok. When I walked to the front of the store to wait on someone else. She was whispering to what I would assume is a manager telling her my kids were screaming. They were not. I am shocked that the employee felt it ok to say something like that to anyone. And that a “manager” would not correct that employee. Honestly I have been shopping at this store for sometime. I will not be coming back. I always make sure my kids are respectful and I clean up after them if they take anything off the shelves. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I’ve placed a call to their district manager and I hope for a call back to at the very least discuss the situation. Some type of training or anything needs to take place for this lack luster employee

The cashier is very rude I asked about something that was sitting where a 4.99 price is and there was many there but she didn't move them or give me the one for the 4.99

Our local store in Shawnee Oklahoma is closed still from tornado damage. It's been several months. Open already!!

Good variety of quilting cottons, which is what I was looking for this trip. Like most Joann locations, they don't have much in the way of garment fabric.
