“My brother moved out of an apartment in Abilene Kansas on October 15. He had Vyve broadband and we cancelled service at that time. However I kept getting bills and kept calling Vyve and canceling account but I never wrote anyones name down. When I checked the account today it had another month of charges for a service I did not receiving. With paper in hand to write down who I was talking with I called Vyve Broadband and got in touch with Caroline Laster, she listened to my frustration and actually helped me cancel the account the account. Which was a problem because it was originally set up by my mom who had passed away. After she got proof that my mom had passed away she finally cancelled account something I thought had been done two times prior to this conversation. She took my balance down from $110 to $46. I thanked her and said you know I am still not happy that I am paying for a service that I did not receive and this will may sure that I never consider Vyve for anything in the future. She then said Vyve wants you to be happy with our company and brought balance to zero and cancelled account. Wow I hope someone in upper management reads this and realize what an asset Caroline is.
