My husband took our vehicle in on Sunday, one of the tires had a nail. Guy didn’t even look at it and said we had to have an appointment. Terrible business and customer service. I wouldn’t use them and will not recommend them to anyone ever.

I shopped extensively locally and online and found the best value for low end tires for an older work vehicle at Hibdons Tires Plus. Excellent service, professional, looked like a pit crew inside the shop mounting and balancing and installing the 4 new tires while I waited (with appointment).

Dude was just like reading script from a computer, then snatches my keys off the counter instead of letting me give him the key. Well see how the actual labor is handled. But seemingly unprofessionalin terms of customer service.
Edit* I dropped my vehicle off expecting to pick up that same evening, after all no parts were being replaced just check ups. It's currently 26 hours later and there has been 0 work done, now I also have to find a different way to get to work.
Edit** after day two they said there's no way they can get to my vehicle today, going to pick it up and find service elsewhere.

Had a 2 pm appointment for front end alignment. I arrived at 1:30 pm and was told it would be awhile, maybe the next day. Sit at the store till 4pm and left. Why does this place require appointment when they don't go by them. Maybe if I was a 19 year old female or an attractive female wearing provocative clothes I would of got in and out fast. I DID NOT get the alignment. I got up and left and I will NEVER do business with this Hibdon store again.

Today was not my day, unfortunately have had a few of those. Car broke down beyond affordable repair forced to rent a car. My rental is a POS but affordable. Today got something in my tire, to find the spare jack is rusty AF and it's 100 outside. Struggled to get the spare on, got to Higdon (was crying in car and gathered myself before entering). The gentleman here were incredibly respectful and polite, when I was waiting it was hard to hold back tears from what's going on plus a sick husband at home with ulcers and other health issues - they still managed to make me smile just by doing their job. They practiced or trained an employee on sales and it was comical lol. They also checked and asked if I was okay when (obviously still a Lil sissy and crying), sat with me and talked, helped me with some suggestive options and provided just some really positive energy. These people are not here just for a job they really do care, they're not focused on making money but of course they got to do a business you know so they got to do their job store manager and the two or three employees that are also interacted with a little bit really made me feel much better in a world that doesn't care they shed some Humanity. I know this is lengthy and anyone reading this I just wanted to share the great impact that these gentlemen did not have to provide they could just patch Tire ignore me send me on my way back to they chose to go above and beyond is incredibly amazing thank you so much for your help and for giving me hope. When I walked in that door I was breaking and hopeless, I'm not sure if I could say thank you enough thank you

As always, Shawnee Hibdon goes above and beyond to find exactly what I need. This time it was a warranty issue and they were able to find an exact match to replace the bad tire so that my set matches and looks good. Ok so I have been having a bit of issue with a Hibdons in Okc off of SW 3rd ST. I have taken 2 vehicles to that one for alignment. Both vehicles have been returned with alignment still off and my steering wheel was 18° off center. That is the sign of a bad ALIGNMENT SHOP. There is a warranty on the alignment so I decided to take it to Shawnee and try this one! I had read some bad reviews but I’m willing to give a place a chance even so. I must say I’m so glad I came here. These guys were as friendly as can be and were quick about it. I mean I was prepared for a 6 hour wait time. I barely had time to walk to Braun’s and eat breakfast before they were done. They actually took it and drove it to make sure it was good. This is the Hibdons that will get my money instead of just the warranty work next time I need something done. Great job guys! THANK YOU!

I have a 2017 HighCountry we took for an oil change and afterwards started having trouble with it my husband checked my Oil it was low !! I believe they didn’t put enough oil in! also put the kind I told them not to so now we had to haul it to a professional mechanic to have it looked at when we talk to them they lied they messed up really bad and they knew it. I stayed the whole time and I know who done my oil and they was trying to say somebody else did but finally admitted it could of been someone else but the main one has his name on my paperwork yet he isn’t the one who did it !!! that they didn’t even put the mileage and date on the windshield and I had zero recommendations when I left there and no complaints of my oil being low when I brought it in

Totally did not like how I was treated. Also, my steering wheel is lops sideways and the traction control on my vehicle continuously goes off.
