The dude who took care of me was awesome but I wish I would have gone anywhere else before paying 200 for a balance and alignment. Not only that, but they came back with $3000 worth of work that "needed" to be done to this car. Said my struts were leaking. Said I had problems with the suspension. Took the car somewhere else and got a second opinion and I'll be damned if they weren't just trying to get 3000 out if a struggling family that literally just got this car. I took it to a reputable shop that's been around for 5+ years on main St and they just did me absolutely amazing. I just absolutely can not believe the way they tried to take advantage of me. I will never be back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Take your vehicle to a mom and pop shop.

I work nearby so I made arrangements to buy 4 new very expensive tires & get a front brake job. I would drop off my wife's car @ 2:15 a.m. & walk to work. The guy @ the counter told me drop my keys through the engine exhaust port on the 1st bay door & they'd take car of it 1st thing & call me when it was ready. So that's exactly what I did. I dropped my car off & walked 10 minutes in the dark with all the questionable people out @ that hour to work! They don't open until 8 so I expected to hear an update by 9 or so & when they hadn't called by 9:30 I called them & the guy that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about! I told him the arrangements that I had made & he said he was wondering why there was a car left overnight & he had just found my keys & that he would put me in line. So when I got off @ 10:30 I went back & my car was right where I parked it 8 hours ago & the only estimate on completion was "by the end of the day" apparently the guy I had spoken with the day before hadn't told anyone else & didn't arrive to work until 10 that morning. Obviously I'm very unhappy! I go through all the trouble to make an appointment & walk in the dark & the guy I spoke with really acted like "oh well". No effort @ all to apologize no effort to make things right! If I didn't have to use a hibdon card for payment I would definitely go somewhere else! Discount Tire wouldn't have pulled this!

Very slow, they had my truck all day from the time they opened. They called 30 min till they closed and told me I only had 20 min to pick up my truck before they closed.

Scheduled an appointment online for brake service which I received an email that said my appointment request was sent, I never received a call to confirm this appointment so I decided to call and see if I was supposed to receive a call to confirm my appointment. The guy I spoke with informed me that they do not do appointments for brakes services (would've been nice to know when I booked the appointment and why is it an option online if you don't do brake appointments), he then went on to say that I could just bring the car in and they would look at it. Take my car up there and the guy working the front acted like he didn't want to be there in the first place tells me it will be a couple hours before they can even look at my car. So I left, went to Fred's Tire and Battery and they got me right in to get my brakes done!! Do better Hibdons.

I don't reccomend any Hibdon at all. I went in for a flat tire I purchased from a different Hibdon less than a year ago. The tire has been acting up ever since purchase with no true resolution on their end. I left this Hibdon with my tire sensors disabled and the tire went flat again 5 days later.

Pretty much an epic place if you enjoy the "Used Car Salesman" feeling with everything on your car isn't good or broken so we can't do what you asked, but we can for sure try to sell you everything you don't need or want.Service: Brakes

I cannot give a less than 1 star rating.Called about tires and appointment today and was told they were in stock and to come in to get them swapped out.As soon as we arrived was told that only one was in stock and to come back in 2 hours.Did as instructed and now have been here waiting an hour and a half because we are in line.Why did they set an appointment to make us wait?Management here is atrocious and the counter help is nowhere near the counter unless the phone rings. I wouldn't complain if he were helping in the shop but he just disappears.Not happy with this shop nor their prices. I will not return.

The service was nice the employee I talked to was nice I went in for a tire patch and there was 1 customer ahead of me well 1 hour went by and they contacted me I came back for them to tell me they could not patch it it was to damage I took it to Fred's and they patched it withen 30 minutes and said the tire was not that damaged it was a easy patch. Think they just didn't want to mess with it for some off reason

Very pleased with the time and service I received. I came in needing a set of tires and a front end alignment. They were short handed and only had one mechanic, so I just left my car and went to work. Got a call about an hour and a half later that my car was ready!

My friend went here because her ABS light was on, they quoted her $250 for a new wheel speed sensor for her 2011 vehicle. Now, I know women are targets for this kind of thing but $250 for a part not including labor of course and made it sound like it was going to be a huge and expensive job to do when, if you look it up on YouTube its literally just taking your tire off and a bolt then a plastic clip and you're done. So I, also a woman, ordered the part on Amazon for $25 for a set of two instead of $250 for one, and we jacked her car up, put it on a jack stand and did the wheel sensor ourselves in like 20 minutes. If you want to be ripped off go here. Why anyone would still try to pull this kind of thing when we all have access to knowledge via the internet is beyond me. Absolutely disappointing and disgusting behavior in a time when people are struggling so much

Driving to Colorado on Wednesday. Called Monday to get an appointment for an oil change. They tell me they do not make appointments for oil change and that I just have to come in. I come in on Wednesday of the same week of the Monday I called and the said they can't do an oil change. They claimed the tanks were full ?
