Highly unprofessional.
Edit: Check your records again. I was there waiting for a new tire for an entire hour and they conveniently did not inform me that a tire would not be available for another day or two. Miscommunication is how you lose business. Teach secretaries how to communicate to customers. Have a good day.

Amazing service! Came in at about 4 and they got me taken care of the same day. Had my wheels and tires balanced and rotated.

Take your business elsewhere.
They broke a piece on my partners vehicle, are charging us extra for it, and said it would be done by Friday but are now pushing it to Monday because they don't prioritize correcting their own mistakes. Due to me needing to workvthe coming days, he will now have to miss work because of their lack of professionalism. After checking in daily, and this being the second time today, they rudely informed me that they only do alignments on Saturdays- a fact that they left out every other time we checked in, including this morning and yesterday.
Go to a better mechanic if you don't want your car held hostage for a week (or more).

Called out Freds for a simple battery replacement well over an hour later no one shows up. Call to find out what's going on get hung up on. I won't be using Freds for anything else again and I hope this review warns people to not use them for service.

Been getting my tire alignments brakes etc shocks done here for 40 years. There are some grumpy people that work here. But then I just try to focus on the ones that are delightful.

Excellent service up until we had a fender bender in the parking lot. My daughter has a license and insurance on her vehicle. I personally felt the employees treated us as if we didn't have insurance. They were more eager to shew us along more then to address the situation. The employee driving the truck had to be backing out fast enough because my daughter coasted out. The truck had no damage not one scratch but our bumper was dented in. Yes our vehicle is an older car but that isn't the point of my complaint. I simply let my daughter handle the incident with it being her car. She is very shy and didn't want to make it a big deal so we left. Just very disappointed on the lack of professionalism.

Live in Harrah work 1.1 miles from this shop. Knew I wasn't going to make it far with my tire spewing air.. tire less than 6 months old. In and out in 21 minutes. Classy.. nice people.. they didn't even try to sell me a new tire.. just fixed it and gave me a new cap

First, I want to say that I have been a longtime customer at Fred's Tire & Battery. I have taken my car there many times and had received fine service. But over the past several visits I have seen a disturbing change at Fred's Tire & Battery. They seem to have gotten rid of their smart competent people and replaced them with people whom I can only describe as being a bunch of incompetent Walmart Tire Center rejects. They seem to neither care nor be able to do the most basic maintenance on a vehicle. I caught them on multiple occasions doing something stupid like performing only half of a tire rotation instead of a full tire rotation. Last visit I had to replace a tire. I told the front desk person that I wanted to replace the passenger side, front tire. I was very clear and I thought I had made myself understood. Yet they took my car in and still REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE!!! I no longer have any confidence in the services at Fred's Tire & Battery and I fully intend to take my business elsewhere. To anyone still considering doing business at Fred's Tire & Battery, well you have been warned.

Brought them a Tahoe to align the frontend when I leave I one of there employees at a stoplight digging through my console I left it go they call me back and say I have a bent steering knuckle and I say well can you fix it they say we can but we DONT want to are you kidding me I take it somewhere else and nothing was bent at all this place is a JOKE do not go here there LAZY PEOPLE and LIARS

Way better than Hibdon! We were traveling across country when we got a screw in one of our tires. Stopped at Hibdon because they were close, but still hadn’t even been acknowledged by staff after about 10 minutes. Called Fred’s and explained what we needed and spoke to Bryan S. who said they’d get us in “the second we pulled up”. True to their word they had us in instantly and Timothy got the tire off, patched, and back on in no time even with extra work to get the tire off since we didn’t have the hex key. This was absolutely amazing service and so reasonably priced. Thank you Fred’s! You saved our vacation!

Would not recommend Fred’s showed up the Pryor day to sit in there for 4 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t get too me and too show up the next day at 8am first come first serve so they said sat there from 8:15 am to 1:30pm after about 10 other people had been taken care of and sent on there way I went in for a simple alignment no kind of management or leadership bunch of guys there for a paycheck and careless about customer service will not be back!
