I have been doing business with this pawnshop since 2009.Crystal the manager is wonderful.The whole staff is amazing and always has a smile.This is the only pawnshop I trust.Having difficult time and had to put wedding rings in they take extra care of your property because they truly care about their customers

I wouldn't normally give a 1 star however when you sale an item and it doesn't work you really should refund item. My son got two items and when got home, one item was missing a part and the other didn't charge. Sadly he would have made several purchases at this location, however now we will not. Plus we will inform everyone we know that this place is not the place to go.. Do better,

We have always had a great experience here, everyone has been very friendly and polite…..until today. This girl was as rude and hateful as a person could be. I don’t know if she’s the new manager or a regular employee, but after today, definitely makes me NOT want to go back again.

Place is a joke.Put a item in layaway once I went to pick it up the item was broken. They said can return it for refund but it's a refund in store credit not the cash I paid. They wouldn't take a handheld video recorder making fun that most people use their phone now days. Yet they selling a BROKEN digital video recorder as is and some dirty old used shoes and clothes not even name brand.
