This is the second review I’ve had to leave because they deleted my last one. Me and my daughter had appointment for 2 pedicures and a full set and a spa manicure and eye brow waxing They kept moving me and my daughter to different chairs and then moved me and my daughter which is nine years old across the room from each other while she got her nails done and I got my nails done and I turned around to check on her and she wasn’t there they had her on the other side by the front door by herself, drying her nails, and you couldn’t even see her There were people that were having To wait 30 to 45 minutes for their appointments there was nowhere for anybody to sit. There was tons of kids just running everywhere in the salon. The floors were disgusting.i paid 200 dollars and my nails were ugly. All they did was paint my daughters nails, but charged me for the spa manicure, I also got my eyebrows waxed, and the lady told me that that one of my eyebrows were not even with the other so I asked her to please fix it. I get home and she didn’t do that. I will never go back again. Let’s see if they delete this one.
Specialties: We paid more for what we received.
Cleanliness: The floors are white but they looked like they haven’t been mopped all week.

Stylist: Amy did a great job. She kept the conversation going and delighted me with the perfect shape! Plus… the color is summery and fun!

I’ve been going to nail salon since 2019. The staff have always been nice until today. The guy who did my nails rushed and made my French tips toes uneven, he also cut my nails at in angle, made my toe bleed, and did my dip too thick (they look like bubble gums). When I asked if he could file it down he just looked at me and walked away to attend a new client. I came in at 11:00 am and left around 1:00 pm. I waited a hour until they could attend me. Sadly, I will not be returning back.
I will say one of the ladies saw how awful job the first guy did and tried to fixed it but I would have waited some time until she was done with her client.

I’ve found that Jane always does the exact style of nails that I like and I always walk out with exactly what I asked for. I usually do basic nails but these are two sets that I had some design done and she nailed them both!

Thwy took forever to do my nails I get them done had to come back to get it fixed and I'm literally still waiting been here since 5:15pm ridiculous service for the price.

The receptionist lacks phone skills and borders on rudeness, I was quoted $42 for a full set of acrylics but charged $59. The business is filthy and rundown, the technicians station was filthy with dirty, unsanitary instruments, lacking in skill. I was never shown any designs or nail color selections.
I will not be returning.

The first time I went it was great the second time I got Alice and she rushed through them leaving my nails messy, she didn’t even paint the whole nail and I never worry if it’s not picture perfect because I know it’s hard but because of her rushing through it does not look good.

I had nails from a previous place. I went for a fill. The lady ripped off one of my nails making me bleed! Then asked are you ok? Like really, I’m bleeding! She glued a nail on my bloody finger and it burnt so bad I was trying to not cry!!! She cut my nails very short. She was going to make my nails square after I explained I wanted almond! She wouldn’t listen! Then she got her coworker to finish my nails because I didn’t like what she was doing, while she talked rude about me in her language while glaring at me and making me feel bad for bleeding!!! I paid for a hack job and hideous nails! I won’t ever be going back!
