So miss charity out there helped over the course of what I believe to be around 80 days! This is your go to woman! She is going to meet your needs, provide reliable transportation and help you every step of the way! Thank you so much miss charity for helping me and my girls keep wheels underneath us for such a long time!! She was also extremely polite and considerate to my situation, we greatly appreciate all your help!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles. Prices are reasonable and customer service is great! I will definitely go there again if I ever need transportation rentals.

We receive top-tier service from them! They were able to get us a rental vehicle as fast as possible! My insurance company also had a easy time working with them while everything was getting taken care of and we were able to be held over till we were able to buy a new vehicle. Every thing worked out perfectly to where we never went without! It was my first time experience dealing with all of this and honestly they made it easy Peezy!

My insurance turned in a request at the Enterprise in Shawnee, Ok. I was contacted by enterprise and scheduled to receive the vehicle Wednesday. They told me to call Monday & Tuesday at 3:00pm to possibly get something sooner. I did that but nothing was available and they said it would be Wednesday. I called at noon on Wednesday because I hadn’t heard from them. They told me my rental was available at 8am but no one showed up? So we rented it to someone else? I said what part of my insurance requesting a rental was questionable? With all the e-mail and text alerts available to companies these days or pick up the phone and call someone? I assumed once a unit was available they would contact me? That’s why I was told to call every day at 3:00pm? Whatever happened to enterprise rent a car, we’ll pick you up?

Charity was A+ in customer service. I’ve tried renting cars before and gave up because it was such a process. She made it easy and truly wowed us with her kindness and great attitude. Seriously cannot say enough good things about the experience. She made our vacation much less stressful and even gave us a few laughs in the process! THANK YOU!

They continue to add more and more policies as they go and I asked when it said the complete total was $166 if that included everything as it suggests and I was told yes. Then they add $330 more dollars to the total after I jumped through all their hoops and spent an entire day I am more than fed up with this company.

I went in after I drop my truck off at the body shop by insurance, had sent me up with a car through enterprise. When I get there they said that they have no cars available and then I wouldn’t be able to get one until Friday so I asked for a ride home and they told me no because “you slammed our door”. So I am currently walking home in the middle of Shawnee.

I have rented a vehicle from this location every summer for the past 10 years. They have always done such a great job taking care of me. I’ve been treated as if I was the only person they had to work with every time. They have gone out of their way many times to help things go smoother. Always joyful.

Just trying to figure out why I haven’t gotten my return for my deposit yet . I paid 751.94 for three days . Haven’t received anything or can I get ahold of anyone from the Shawnee office. I enjoyed the experience helped out a lot but just curious why I haven’t got a return.

I had a great experience. My truck had been rear-ended, and I rented a vehicle. My insurance had drug their feet in communicating and paying. I felt I had an advocate with Charity at Enterprise. They pushed my insurance to make sure I was taken of. Charity, my salesperson, communicated with me and let me know everything that was occurring throughout the ordeal with my insurance. I do have a complaint. They need a bigger office. Thank you for your help!!!!

I had a reservation for a car for 1:00 pm on Monday. The reservation was made and confirmed on the previous Thursday. They called 30 minutes before they were to pick me up to inform me that they would not be there as scheduled because they didn't have a car available.
