We had a bad experience with an employee not selling a product five minutes prior to closing on Saturday afternoon. She told us we would have to wait until the following Tuesday. Mike reached out, made it right and saw to it we got the product on Sunday! Great customer recovery.

Do not think you will return anything and get your money the same day even if you paid cash. The store does not work that way we found this out the hard way. We have been going here for years always got good service. Until this year we bought a bulb for our pond like we do every year. Paid cash for it when I took it back they said they do not give cash back for returns. I would get a check in the mail in 10 to 14 business days. We brought it back due to the fact we were just

They have crazy rules about when they'll sell merchandise. I remember from last year that they wouldn't sell their fish until after some workshop. Drove all the way from Norman to buy plants just to be turned away because the owner didn't want to sell them. No other reason given. I've spent hundreds of dollars there-liner, filter, treatments, plants. I guess repeat customers are not valued. Will not make that mistake again.
