Got racially profiled by a while lady with stiff gray hair. She was being very rude and stood in front of us trying to intimidate us. (VERY STIFF HAIR!!!!!!)

Danny in Women delicates was very helpful and Positive helping me pick out an outfit to wear and a speaking event at the end of the month and really all the staff very helpful, showing me all the clearance cells and being very positive

Gary, in the men's department was the best, he really could just look at my boys and size them up, and even picked up on their personalities. He knew we were looking for funeral attire, he was very sweet, knowledgeable and did not rush us. Best experience ever.

The service here was amazing, better than any department store I have been to, including other Dillard's locations. Every associate I encountered was welcoming & helpful. No one was pushy, but they were all helpful & knowledgeable. It made for a wonderful shopping experience.

Dillards Shawnee Mall is the best I’ve been to. Super clean, excellent selection of merchandise, and super friendly sales staff. Shout out to Gary in Men’s clothing for his professional assistance today. He knows his suits and made my shopping experience considerably less stressful. They are doing it right Dillards in Shawnee.
