They take too long to fill prescriptions and do not try to help you or make it easier. Definitely avoid going to CVS. I just had surgery and here I am still waiting an hour later for my medicine to be filled. they told me my medicine would be ready in 30 minutes and it’s way past 30 minutes and they do not have it ready. The customer service is horrible. They have zero.

This store is great until it isn't. What pharmacy closes indefinitely without informing their costumers! I told them on a Monday that I would be back on Wednesday for the inhaler they didn't have ready, I get there and they are shut down for remodeling!! With no reopening date!

Refilled a prescription that my usual pharmacy had ran out of and both Walgreens didn't have. Very quick and courteous. Will be shopping there more.

Their website states they are open until 6 pm on Sunday. We went to the drive thru at 5 pm and the sign in the window shows they close at 5 pm. CHANGE the website!!!

Hold times on phone is over 45 minutes. Took me 2 weeks to get all my info there including prior authorization to only find out they didn't even have my meds in stock and didn't know when they would have it. They sent me to okc to get from another store. Shawnee store couldn't even contact the okc store to get ot filled for me. More phone calls and a drive to the city. No help from cvs at all. I am diabetic so I had to have it. Then when I called back to get it filled again, they had made all my stuff inactive at the okc store and couldn't undo that. Shawnee said I had to bother my doctor again for a prescription and a new PA. Too incompetent for me to deal with. Get some more help and train your employees. Don't waste my time.

I transferred my prescriptions from Walmart to CVS here in Shawnee and I used the outside service and it was done very professionally and I’m very satisfied with the service I got. I’m sorry that the other customers that had to put one star, but I’m putting five, well done CVS keep up the good work.

This was my first time to use their pharmacy and they were just ok. I think they will be good down the road, but for now, just a good. They worked hard to help me, and got part of my order done. Maybe this next time.

The actual pharmacist was great! Her techs on the other hand. Rude as all get out. Attitude from the start after watching her catch an attitude with the sweetest elderly couple in font of me in line and then getting one with me for no reason at all. The pharmacist had to ask her to move over so she could handle the situation! Sweetest woman! Tech on the other hand needs to find a new job where she isn't dealing with people.

This is the worst Pharmacy in Shawnee. They don't have your meds in stock which means you have to go without while they order them or they will give you a partial without telling you and count it as a full re-fill. It has taken me months to get all my Meds straightened out since transferring to Walgreens. Save yourself one big headache and don't use CVS!

I took my covid test on August 6th. 16 days later, I still do not have my results & there is nothing anyone at CVS can do to retrieve them, due to HIPAA. If it's important for you to confirm whether or not you have covid, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Fortunately, I ended up in the ER in time to test positive there. At one point I spoke to a manager. "Well, you sound sick. You probably have it." Ok. That makes it official. ??♀️ Seriously?! Get it together CVS & quit burning out your overworked pharmacy staff who should unionize!
