Staff is very knowledgeable! Take a water sample them and they tell you exactly what you need. They explain every step and give you pamphlets that cover everything as well. Don’t waste your money at the big box stores thinking you can maintain your pool like I did. You will blow through money like no other! Go to the professionals and buy full strength chemicals!

The staff at Crystal Clear Pools, have always been great! I have been in and out of of their store several times this year. Everytime I go in, Jeremy has explained step by step on what I need to do for my pool and hot tub maintenance, opening, and closing during!

Price gougers!!! Drove a ways to get supplies based on advertised price for chlorine tablets. Price in store was 500% higher than advertised price on their website! I understand prices have gone up. But that was simply crazy. Just ordered 20% more product for half the price online from Leslie’s with free shipping to my door!

I feel like they took advantage of me my husband normally takes care of stuff like that and I thought I would be helpful and stop in there and get a small bucket that they charged me a hundred and seventy-five my husband went to take it back and they got nasty with him and told him to get off the property I think they took advantage of me for a hundred and seventy-five for small bucket I will never go there again nor I will never recommend them to anybody
