“I am just going to say one thing about this place. My girlfriend got a flat and I was in Norman so I stopped and bought her a tire. It was a 235-40-19R but when I got to her I realized I bought the wrong size. I needed a 235-55-19R. I went to 2 different places in Shawnnee including lobos and explain my situation and asked if we could work something out for the tire I bought. It was fairly new and I spent $75 on it. They said no! I came to Fred’s and explained my situation and with no problem they took my 235-40-19 - and swapped it out for a 235-55-19R for free. Balanced and mount it. Good job guys”
“Recently received a text from “Blaine” to see if I was interested in buying a car. I texted back I was and what I had looking at. Set up an appointment for the following Monday. The Saturday prior I received another text stating it was end of the month and he’d be able to make better deals if I could come out today. I said that was fine and headed there. He said meet him under the flag pole at the Ford dealership. I arrived to find a man named Blaine under said flag pole. He told me he had not been texting me and zero clue what I was talking about and to go to the Dodge store since I was interested in a Dodge and there’s a guy named Blaine there too. So I drove down to find Gary. There’s no Blaine at Dodge. Gary sold me the car I came for. Him and his team “Spencer” were the best and made sure the experience was worth it. Now I rated it a 4 star because during the sale with Gary the Ford place starts calling and texting telling me I have to come back there. It was a mistake, a person was texting under Blaine’s name and making me feel awkward and in the middle at this point. I finally stopped responding and let Gary finish it out.”
“This is the best car wash in town. They do not offer codes online so if you get 1 it's a lie.........they always take care of people. If I ever have an issue all I gotta do is ask and they got anything I needed. Towels to dry off the mirrors. Free vacuums always friendly”
“Took my car there with a 300$ car part I thought was it called me 40 minutes into it told me to return the part for my money back he fixed and it was only a 56$ part he could of charged me for labor on both parts but did not, highly recommend taking your vehicle there I will go nowhere else from now on.”

I dropped my truck off for brake repair and not only did they repair the brakes, but they took initiative to troubleshoot another issue (vacuum hoses leaking and O2 sensor), and quoted the price to me verbally for repair approval. “Had a stupid transmission problem. Called several places. Called here, Jim answered phone, told him of problem and he said, "Not a problem, we can get you taken care of tomorrow and back on the road." He quoted me a price that was very reasonable. The only sticker shock was for my CVT fluid! (? I think it was made from gold or diamonds. Not the shops fault, they didn't make it.? ) Everyone I talked to here were very friendly and professional. Anyways, back on the road and the car is running better than ever! I will definitely use them in the future! Thank you Jim and everyone!”
