“Recently received a text from “Blaine” to see if I was interested in buying a car. I texted back I was and what I had looking at. Set up an appointment for the following Monday. The Saturday prior I received another text stating it was end of the month and he’d be able to make better deals if I could come out today. I said that was fine and headed there. He said meet him under the flag pole at the Ford dealership. I arrived to find a man named Blaine under said flag pole. He told me he had not been texting me and zero clue what I was talking about and to go to the Dodge store since I was interested in a Dodge and there’s a guy named Blaine there too. So I drove down to find Gary. There’s no Blaine at Dodge. Gary sold me the car I came for. Him and his team “Spencer” were the best and made sure the experience was worth it. Now I rated it a 4 star because during the sale with Gary the Ford place starts calling and texting telling me I have to come back there. It was a mistake, a person was texting under Blaine’s name and making me feel awkward and in the middle at this point. I finally stopped responding and let Gary finish it out.”

It only took a few days but they didn't bark at all. “I like the store and the employees go out of their way to help but tractor supply company online shopping has failed multiple times. First it is not easy to use the page. When I have ordered I have gotten the wrong items, dead trees and now a mini bike from Coleman with no bolts. (I will never buy another Coleman item ever again. Worst service dept ever. The company is incompetent). I am thankful that tractor supply has gone out of its way to remedy the situation but they don’t take back anything with gas engines and Coleman won’t honor their label on the box that says return the items directly to them.”

As soon as I got inside I was greeted by Kayla behind the counter. I asked her the best way to get the things I needed and she was so informative. “Wow! Lonnie’s Body Shop was super friendly, communicated well, went above and beyond. My daughter’s car was damaged by the tornado and she goes to OBU. So having to deal with the repairs from Texas was not ideal. But Lonnie’s made sure it was done right and needless to say I’m one happy Mom. Highly recommend them.
