April at the Aspen Dental in Shawnee is awesome!!! ? I never had a cleaning that didn’t hurt but I didn’t have any pain and this cleaning was a deep one. The other office personnel was very nice

This location is absolutely horrible! They have no customer service skills at all! No one in the waiting room when I got there, no one left, and took over 30 minutes past appointment time for them to call me back! I waited 45 minutes in the back before they started working on me! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!Not all Aspen Dentals are this way- drive somewhere else (you will save time)!!

Nice visit with Dentist. However, the office failed to contact me about my insurance and co-pay as they promised to do. This is the second time for this to happen. I have no choice but to find another Dental provider.
