We have had aaa since 2010 for our home and 3 vehicles. My parents advised me to use you folks. I talked with them a couple of days ago and they tell me you dropped them because of Google earth. They still don't understand what has happened. I totally understand. Great business practices. So we don't need you anymore, ever. Neither will my customers.

My vehicle broke down in OKC and I've waited now three and a half hours for a tow after calling AAA. It's hot outside and I'm missing a day's work. I would suggest others seek out other roadside assistance programs.

Great customer service. Got a consultation to review my policies from another company and they advised me to keep my existing coverage and made some recommendations to improve my rates and coverage. They didn’t sell me a thing, and there was no charge for lots of work on their part. I will definitely use them if I change coverage in the future.

AAA insurance is a great insurance company very reasonable prices. I have four vehicles all insured with AAA insurance. I've been with AAA insurance for 5 yrs.

BEWARE!! this guy's a crook .we went for house insurance and he set us up with this national Lloyd's in Texas we looked them up on better business bureau a they had like aD- rating, plus we wrote him a 300+ dollar premium check and never heard anything else from him or the fly by night company no policy or nothing I remember him saying " oh your covered".
