I’m all the way up in Michigan and needed to send flowers for a family funeral. I hate the online stuff because they never send what you order. And even calling a florist you feel like you’re going in blind. But I just happened to call JJs and I’m in awe. They listened to me ramble and then even gave me a cell number to text what I wanted to have the card say so I could think about it and write it out. They were absolutely amazing!!!

This shop made a hard order a little easier at the loss of my uncle. They showed kindness and compassion. I was unable to attend the funeral, so they sent a picture of the arrangement to my phone.
