Bought a pair of shoes, took them home and didn’t feel right so I took them back to store, manager said my refund should be on my card within 24-72 hours and here we are a 6 days later and it’s being reviewed by some team. I’m not happy! It didn’t take 6 days for my money to be taken off my card, Now here I am, no shoes and still out a $100!!! Never again will I shop here!

They have some very incompetent people working here. Ever since the previous manager left the store has gone down the drain. Placed an online order for in store pick up and they would not release my order to me because they swore I selected 2 different pick up sites for my 2 items. I had proof my order was 1 order for both items to be picked up in Seminole and even verified with customer service, but they still left me without part of my order. The order was a gift for my nephew who was only in town for the weekend. Who knows when they will figure out what they did wrong.

Walked in the door. 2 young ladies behind the counter busy on their phones said nothing to me. No one else in the store. I finally had to walk up to them and ask where something was. Prices are high. Store was clean otherwise I would have given them one star.
