HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I called in a Rx refill shortly after 10AM and advised I would be there in a few hours to pick it up as we were leaving town for a vacation. The had a long line at the drive thru when I finally got there about 3:30 so I went inside where they also had a long line. Since I was going to have to wait, I went back to my car to wait in line rather than standing. When I finally got to the window around 4PM, they said it would be 10-15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, she advised they were just staring on filing my prescription, but it would be about 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later, I asked and they were still working on it. I said I wanted to know just how much longer it was really going to take and was told 10 to 15 minutes. I left and thansferred my scripts elseware.

very poor customer service, felt like I was at the bottom of the barrel in priority. I am not sure if that's the new theme everywhere these days but I've used Walgreens for years and finally filled my last prescription there a few days ago and it felt liberating knowing I did not have to go there ever again and deal with them. Not sure if my new pharmacy will be any better but I'll be happy if they are even mildly friendly, I wish I didn't have to take meds but it makes it even worse when you have to deal with people who act like your bothering them every month.

Line is wrapped around the building and then once you make it to the drive thru window then they don’t have your prescription ready, tell you it will be another 30 plus mins.

I've been getting my prescriptions at this Walgreens for years. And they usually did a good job, until, the past couple of years. My Dr would fax in the prescriptions, have a date and time of receipt but.... Walgreens wouldn't be able to find it. Again and again! These folks are incredibly unreliable. Even sending "Your prescription is ready for pickup." When it's not!!!!! I highly recommend that if you are looking for a reliable pharmacy, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Received 4 text messages that prescription was ready, had to wait over 10 minutes each time to find out it’s not ready. Switching to Walmart where at a minimum when they say your prescription is ready it’s ready. Sitting in drive through now to be told a fifth time it’s not ready.

Worst Pharmacy in the history of Pharmacies. I have had nothing but problem, after problem with their "system crashing" and not being able to retrieve prices from my insurances, not being able to sell me the medicine that was prescribed to me and my son, never retrieving the prescription from the doctors office, errors processing medications, the list goes on. They are always short staffed and running behind. And rude. All these things transpire every single time you visit. Ive been using their Pharmacy for about 4 years and in all that time I have only met 2 people that seemed to actually care about their job and the customers there. You can guarantee that if you go here, you will be unsatisfied and treated poorly. I switched to Medworld in town after being so fed up, and have had way better service. If i could give that place less than 1 star I would. Dont waste your time and money.

Good pharmacy
