Trash work and wouldn’t take a weed eater to these jokers . Im 100% sure I was lied to on a “repair “ they supposedly did and charged me a thousand bucks and didn’t even check my transmission fluid . DON’T GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING FIXED ! Waste of time and money ! I have videos for proof on the transmission fluid . How long does it take to pull that dipstick out and check it ? The 1k I gave them shoulda covered that . Very very disappointing I thought these guys was were cool . Can’t trust them and karma will take over eventually .

I had several things done ranging from exhaust tips to radiator replacement. All diagnostics and repairs were done in a timely manner at a very competitive price. I've had very poor experiences with auto repair in the past but this time it was A1 all the way from my first conversation to the time business was concluded. Hats off to the entire team at Twisted Wrench!?

I have been going to Twisted Wrench for years now the very best service ever. I would not go anywhere else but Twisted Wrench. I would Highly recommend them for the best service. I have a really great looking 2014 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 that I'm slightly OCD about and I totally trust them with my truck and no one else matter of fact. 2 word describes Twisted Wrench is Awesome.

Tony is an honest and reliable person. His niece is precious. While I did experience unexpected delays, I took into consideration the economic fallout from COVID, sanctions against China and Russia, and Ukraine War on top of the reality that based on my own research my particular make and model has one of the most complicated engines made. The report I received regarding setbacks and faulty manufacturer defects was consistent with what other mechanics have written about in several forums. The most important thing to me is integrity. Second, reliability. Third, follow through. Pricing matters too, but I have learned the hard way that you must be wary of extremely low estimates equally as much as extremely high estimates. Thoroughness and attention to detail is paramount, if you want long lasting. There was a learning curve in figuring out how to improve communication. I am patient as long as my expectations are set properly. If there is a need to change the ETA for any reason, I prefer prompt communication so that I can adjust my own personal and business needs accordingly. There was definitely a need for this to improve. However, by the end, Tony did right by me while he also stood by his and his crew's work. This gave me confidence in his work ethic. I was also able to consider how in my own experience as a business owner, sometimes even I have a bit more than a one man/one woman band can manage. Again integrity (honesty) is most important to me and in this category Tony is stellar. After a few proactive conversations, I got the impression that Tony appreciated my candor and made sincere effort to stay on top of responding promptly. That earned him extra credit with me. Later down the road, after I got the car back, it became necessary for me to have a leak looked at. Tony handled it expeditiously. Since then, my car seems to be running much more smoothly than it did when I first bought it used two years ago. On top of that, Tony is incredibly fair and beats the excessive pricing at a dealership, an added bonus. Meanwhile his pricing and was in the middle, which I find to be appropriate especially given the setbacks he encountered with manufacturer defects when having to dismantle, reassemble, then dismantle and reassemble a second time!! I would say his work, his willingness to take feedback and adjust accordingly, his honesty, and his standing by the people who represent his business earns him nothing less than a hard-earned A+++ from this single momma bear. I definitely recommend Twisted Wrench as I am now a forever loyal customer. I will not take my car anywhere but Tony.

Charged us $3500 for a head gasket and air compressor repair and told us it would take a week. After a week we called and after dodging our calls for days they finally answered and said it would be another week. They ended up keeping the car for 3 months with minimal contact with us. Finally got it back and within two months of having it the air compressor started messing up again and it overheats/shuts off again. Can't get them to answer the phone, they have endless excuses, they lie and they'll steal your money. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to spend a ton of money for repairs that don't last.

Took my 2014 Charger R/T to Twisted Wrench for some exhaust work based on a recommendation from a long time friend, Joe at U-Turn Automotive in Mounds. Tony got my car in quickly, did a quality installation of the new Vibrant 1762's and had me on my way. The work looks great and the car sounds awesome!! And, all at a very reasonable price.
