I love this bank! Every time I walk in, call someone at the office or online support, legit everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable. I would give 5 stars, but within the last 30 days, they have changed their "Make a Payment" online option to be extremely difficult or more frustrating than before. If anything, they've increased the funds at which you could pay from $2.50 all the way up to $20.00. I will never understand the greed, as this company makes enough money on its own, but I highly feel this was an extremely poor decision for their corporate to do this. Again, the staff is friendly, but the online system being changed to what it is now, is highly unbeneficial.

I cant drive my new vehicle because the Notary at TTCU messed up and destroyed my title, now Im f'd, double-check I guess that they know what theyre doing first.

I have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES since I joined last year. They are not disabled person friendly and I can't wait until my loan is paid off with this place. I am unable to drive and must make arrangements to get there to pay my loan. They want to charge me an extra 15+20 dollars for paying by phone. I also tried to link to my other bank account and pay it that way and it is not user friendly in my opinion. Terrible serviceThey obviously do not care about any one who is disabled. Do not bank here and expect any assistance. All they do is pass the buck so to speak . As soon as my loan is paid off I will no longer be doing business here nor will I refer anyone else

Wait wasn't long to speak to a TTCU representative. I spoke with a Mr.Benjamin and he was able to help me with my problem allwhile providing excellent friendly service!

I’m not to happy with the teller making the rude comment of me making “a dent in the ocean” when I went in to pay my loan. Plus one of the employee in the offices to the left of the counter was talking about how he tried on acid over the weekend so not sure anyone would feel safe with him handling their account. I am also annoyed with the fact that I explained to the collections department that I have been having some financial problems and I got behind on my payments and am trying my best to get caught up but no one in that department is understanding at all. I paid 1/2 of my late payment and was asked if I could pay it in full since it and the teller was rude when I said I couldn’t until I start my second job and then told me “it was noted that I’m getting a second income soon and they understand hardship” After I pay this loan back I will not be using them again

Love TTCU.. The people are so nice an friendly.. Only issue is how slow they are. At least at this branch.. The drive Thur will alwaya take you 10min or longer even if your the only vehicle in drive thru. There not as slow inside but it still will be about 5mins..

Sherry We have dual citizenship...Nevada/Oklahoma many miles apart, handling our day to day business is challenging. Many credit unions have a share branch system. However, most give you a hard time. Even in this branch there were issues, but then there was Sherry. Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, accurate, and cognizant of your time. When entering the building, if we don't see her, we come back later. On most occasions whomever is assisting us most call on her expertise to complete our transactions. Without her assistance we would spend more money on travel just to make sure our finances were straight.
