do not use this place they are charging hazardous waste disposal fee and did not dispose of anything. even when I asked why are you charging that fee when you didn't dispose of anything, the tall male receptionist response, we charge it to everyone and you also paid it last time. my response was why? his response if you don't like it take it somewhere else. absolutely I will, and anyone reading this look over your ticket just to make sure you are not being charged a service not performed. it's pure principle, not that I can't afford the 7 dollars.

So I was at Happy Burger in the drive-thru, turned my car off to order food and the battery totally died. The drive-thru lady tried jumping it and nothing. So I called the service department and got their jump box. The battery was so dead it still wouldn’t start. I called them back and asked if they had a battery in stock, they did and he brought the battery across the street with the wrench to install it. Great service he totally saved the day for sure!

Took my daughters car in for a tune up, struts, mass airflow sensor, and tie rods. Cost was almost $1,800. Within minutes of get the car home less than 10 miles away the car threw an Automatic transmission light. I was extremely confused because the car has never thrown that light, and the components that were fixed would not affect the transmission. The car also threw multiple communications error codes, and the same MAF codes.I took the car back in, and called Robbie. After speaking to him he said he put an after market MAF sensor (to save me money, and part availability) It’s a part that has to be OEM. So a couple more days and we get the car back again. Same problem, but now the car is shifting hard in to drive and reverse. Called Robbie, and he said the whole problem could be a battery and battery cables. Because he said that I took the cover off the battery box, and it was full of water, rust, and battery corrosion. (Water doesn’t get into the battery box on its own.) knowing my car’s transmission control module is under the battery box I blot up all the water, and slowly start disassembling the box cleaning all water along the way. (I have pictures to prove the water) As I suspected the TCM is covered in water, rust, and battery corrosion. Now I have to wait until the dealer can get the part in $780 + $180 flash (the flash is giving the TCM memory to the car) and $200 for a new battery. I called multiple times asking to be returned some of the money I paid to Robbie, and the owner Brandon Irons. Unfortunately that’s not how that works. I can’t prove they filled the battery, and box with water, and ruined that part. However I can write this review while I decide if I want to take further action.

I trust these guys.As a female without much car knowledge, I’m always very apprehensive when I have to take my car in for work. But Robby has consistently been honest and fair with me and the work has been good quality, quick and reliable so I am very grateful to have found them.

Went in for a flat repair on tires I purchased there 6 months ago, found screw in tire. Tire was repaired quickly with no cost. I have had other work done there before with any problems after

I thought I needed brakes. Bit the bullet took the car in. Received a call later saying I didn't need brakes. Was amazed-as a single woman-they could have taken advantage and changed them out anyway. Have taken my car there several more times for repair. Still don't need brakes. Very helpful, informative and great service!
