I was very happy with how Ron worked relentlessly to earn my business by not only getting the perfect deal for me, but also showing me the difference in the value of the vehicles I was deciding on. He was also very friendly and courteous. I am also just as happy with how Tony went the extra mile to come out and talk to us and help make the deal even sweeter. Tyler was super friendly and very thorough about explaining all the details for us. And Ryan, Merril, Mitchel, and Nelson were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and family!

Kayla Burns was phenomenal! I don't have the best credit and only had a small down-payment. She was able to put me in the exact car I wanted and got the payments exactly where I needed them to be. This place is hands down the best! From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I left, it was amazing. All staff members were amazing, and everyone made sure my needs were taken care of, and that I found the perfect vehicle within my taste and budget! So glad to have found this place, and I will definitely only be doing business with them from now on!

We have been looking for vehicle for several months, the folks at Taft have been fantastic. My daughter was shown several different options before she picked a great used Honda Accord with only 32,000 miles, they gave us the Carfax and found us great financing 4.9%, not bad for a first time buyer with no credit history. There was no pressure, they were very informative and made us feel like famil. I will be recommending Taft Motors to all of friends, Great Job guys keep up the fantastic work!!!

it was a great experience i went in for a prize and left with a car. even though I didn't win the grand prize i still left with some really cool airpods a fishing pole and an amazing truck with a great rate and a great payment. couldn't be happier with the big guy that helped me too he was very kind and knowledgeable.

We received an invitation to a sales event, everyone treated us with respect and professionalism. Inaddition to getting approved in a new suv, we also received a new fishing rod & reel, and a smart watch ( my son loves the fishing pole)? Thanks Taft Motors you guys are the real deal.

I recieved a mailer in the mail that had a scratcher on it saying that I won a ps5 and it was a fake deal. I called them and they said yeah you won.. so I came in there and there was 20 people standing around with the same mailer. I figured that a local business wouldn't do this in the community they are in but that did they won't see a dime from me or my family neither will crown in bristow since they are owned by the same guy. What a shame

Running a scam with the JumpStart 2021 flyers that were mailed out. You're not a winner, even though your number matches a PS5 bundle. You aren't winning that one. Everyone had that number. It's the PIN number that must match their "prize board" on site. Just trying to get you to buy a car. The "winning" bluetooth headphones look like Airpods as well, but they are more like $10 headphones.***EDIT***The fact that the guy I spoke with wouldn't let me take back the flyer that was mailed to me, really shady.

If I could give no star I would. Very pushy and forceful. Dude got rude when I said I was just there for my prize. Then walked off like a toddler. Definitely will never return nor purchase anything from them. My kid loves the fishing pole though so I guess thanks. Lol
