Worst place. They don’t even want service. They ignore their drive thru and customers. Says they are open till 12am I pulled in at 10pm. They were cleaning stuff up and saw me at the window. Didn’t even say anything. Don’t waste your time.

This place is in serious need of New Management. Portions of the food were missing or scarce, bread was stale, guacamole had no flavor and there was no music playing in the parlor.. it's almost like they're on a budget tighter than mine and I am on social security.

I DoorDash in this area quite a bit and every time I come to this Taco Bueno I am in disbelief of the service here. First, nobody is ever at the counter ready to help. And then every time, I am told they haven’t received the order yet. I pick up food all the time and this is the ONLY place that says they haven’t received the order yet. Then, I wait an absurd amount of time. Today I waited for 20 minutes for 1 drink and 1 mexi-dips and chips. That’s it! And there was not a single person in the store. Some had even came and gone while I was there. Today the “manager” is who finally came out to help me and after at least 20 minutes he asked me if I’d been helped yet. There seems to be only one person who can help anybody and I assume he is the manager. Who also, is very unprofessional in appearance and customer service. He is always wearing very baggy hoodies, pants and today his shoes were untied. Just not a good look for anyone working in customer service, much less the “manager.” While I was there today, a girl came in for an interview and on their way to sit down and he’s using curse words while talking to her. And then last thing I will mention is the enormous pot hold in the parking lot. I drove through there the other day and it’s so big that the bottom of my car where the drivers side door is, hit the concrete. I was sure it had put a dent in the frame of my car. This establishment needs some major reforming.

They got my order wrong and charged me 8 dollars too much. So I went inside to get the rest of my order and was told to leave.. the girl looked like she was on drugs bad.. we will not be back to this place... Absolutely ridiculous.. u don't like your job... Quit!

I haven’t been to taco Bueno in such a long time because the last experience I had was extremely poor. I gave it a shot last night, as I was getting ready to order I was informed by the staff that they were out of taco meat. If they close at 10 PM, how come they cannot have more product available? Of course I tried calling this location and all I get is a busy signal. I definitely will not be coming back to taco Bueno at all. Very Pathetic!

Usually it’s hit or miss with bueno, any of them - and especially this location. They were short staffed as always, but absolutely the best service and they were very apologetic. We both got beef nacho salads (which normally aren’t that filling) but ours were huge. Everything was fresh. The lady at the front counter must’ve apologized at least 10 times for the wait, but we were in no hurry so it wasn’t a big deal. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and clean tables.

Came in on a Friday night at 6pm. Ordered a wholatta platter. It took 47 minutes to receive my order. In that time, I witnessed multiple people coming in from the drive through missing chips or other items. Now, the food was good and I did get my full order, it was tough to wait that long when the lobby was fairly empty.
