Left nearly in tears today and yesterday I was scheduled but forgotten do not go here unless you want your hair ruined I wouldn't Recommend anyone to come here they lack experience I'm paying a different salon for color correction tomorrow I went in for highlights and I came out with strawberry blonde hair and sliver / white along the bottom ?? I would like to speak to the owner

It seems like they are never open. And when we had an appt finally set. She was more then 20 late. So we went across the parking lot to super cuts and they were great!

I had the best experience here yesterday!! It had been so long since my last haircut and I had so many questions. The wonderful stylist answered all my questions and did such a beautiful job on my hair. I will go back here every time .Services: Curly hair

I’m furious. I mentioned 3 times to not touch the framed side bangs . I just needed it trimmed above her eyes…the lady nosed at me and when I asked for a refund she said she didn’t hear me. I was on the phone while I asked. I still have to take Christmas portraits ….Service: Haircut

I had a 10 o'clock appointment this morning (September 11). I showed up a few minutes LATE and no one was there. Unless you count the other lady waiting because she had an appointment for the same time. At almost 10:30, I walked out. I spoke to a couple Walmart employees while I was waiting. I was told they pretty much show up when they want and there's usually only one employee a day. Great way to stay in business. ?? I took my money elsewhere.Edited September 25, 2 weeks later.I went to the (wrong) location to say Hi to Annah, the girl who did my hair. That's when I was reminded (rudely) that I was in the wrong place. The lady in there informed me that SHE is the new manager. Then, basically, called me a liar. I told her what happened & she said, "No, not since I've been manager! There were a lot of problems in the past, but I changed all that. I've been here about (and I'M not positive which one she said) 60/90 days. They probably closed for a few minutes so they could go to the bank real quick." When I pointed out that I waited & so did the other lady, she just shook her head "No" and kept doing whatever she was doing. I'm like, "I'm NOT a f#@xing liar. If YOU were actually here, you'd know what your employees were doing, or not doing. Like their jobs. They didn't even try. Trying would require them to actually show up!"Service: Perms

Smart style used to be great. It used to be a really good vibed place, yet after 10 years of going to this place my grandmother and I have decided to boycott this location. The newer hairstylist there refused to cut my grandmother's hair because she was being "rude" for telling her she was picky, and also commented she didn't feel she could satisfy what she wanted, when she was the only stylist, and it /is/ their job to take clients..when in reality I was on the other side of the wall where this young "lady" can't see me and doesn't know I can hear how hateful she's being to my grandmother. After all, a majority of the staff left and went to a new salon and didn't bother to take her with them, there's gotta be a problem right? Regardless, my grandmother wants to get a haircut and after many years of satisfaction, she REFUSES to step foot in this shop ever again. I guess this is what happens as generations go by, people just get lazy. And that's what the not busy stylist was, was not busy. She just didn't want to cut anold ladies hair. Sorry to whoever you are that being a hairstylist isn't all you chalked it up to be, but that's no excuse to treat people the way you do.
