I have done business at this place for over ten years. As a single mom i took in my things here to pawn between paychecks. When i was paid i picked it up and repawned a few weeks later. They were ALWAYS honest, and fair.

I go here often, at least once a month or so. Never had any issues. Even if you're in a bind, all you gotta do is talk to them, & they'll work with you. (Communication is important though). Love these guys. They've helped me out more than a few times. 😀🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bought a used keltec PF9 from them for $240. They sold it saying it had a lifetime warranty. When I got it home it kept jamming every second shot. I called the factory and they told me what the problem was, but since I wasn't the original owner the lifetime warranty was void. I had to buy the part for an additional $20. I got the part put on and took it to the range and the gun was still defective. Rut Dawg wasn't near interested in making it right and putting the $240 I paid towards a different gun, even when I informed them I was going to get a glock (which would have made them $300 more on top of the original $240 I paid.. Their "best offer" was $120. Avoid Rut Dawg Pawn at all cost.
