I went in on Monday and had wonderful service there in Sapulpa. The girl was very sweet and she did a wonderful job.

Came in for a pedi. There was still a little over an hour left before the spa close. I wasn't offered to pick a pedi service but I saw there was a pamphlet of their services. Nail tech simply started working on my toes. I felt rushed. Not planning on going back.

I went in for a second time to this facility to give them another chance and the second experience was even worse than the other. My toe is now infected and nasty from the rude and aggressive older man in there. My toe was bleeding and hurting while he kept cutting it and I told him to stop. He then went back to it and did it even more and now it’s extremely infected. I will absolutely never be back.

Let's just say these folks lack proper communication skills !! I wouldn't support this establishment and Walmart should be ashamed to allow them to do business

They were not busy when I came in for a pedi there was only one other customer in the salon, they sit me right next to her which is no big deal, The Tech who was doing her pedicure had her earbuds in and was talking to someone on her cell phone? And I could hear the other person thru the ear bud talking very loud and they continued to talk all thru my pedi it was so annoying I don’t get a lot of Me time because I take care of my Mother 24/7 but was able to get someone to watch her for a few hours so I just wanted to relax, but could not relax with all that loud talking and I thought very rude to her customer never interacting with her, very unprofessional to be talking on the phone the whole time, which continued when her customer & myself went to get our nails done, Tech or owner not sure who she is kept talking on her phone? I was so annoyed & couldn’t relax & was so happy I was finished so I could get out of there. I have 3 stars because I did have a good nail tech. I will never go there again.

Went on Dec.31 2023 for a manicure, should have went w/my gut upon arrival and left. The older gentleman was rude and sick when working on my hands. Upon waking up this morning all 10 fingers are red, throbbing and extremely tender. It appears I have infection in all fingers. Never again will I use this facility.

This place is the worst. They are rude and disrespectful . I was yelled at and told to shut up and they weren't there to entertain me. All of this because I questioned the color. She also denied that she cut my thumb. It bled the entire time I was there. I have been there a few times and they are never friendly but they took being rude to another level. The manager apologized but the nail tech didn't she acted like a spoiled child. The manager told me next time would be free I told her there would not be another time.Services: Pedicure

Literally just walked into this place at 6:50 to get 2 nails done and they said they were closed. 3 women standing there..one asked what I needed, I told her and she said, we closed now very rude to ask what I need them say you're closed. Not professional at all.

Poorest job on nails I have ever had, past 12 years. And it was the manger or owner that did them. Wat to think and uneven. You could see the dips where they were flat

I visited this salon to treat myself to a mini manicure before a small reunion of friends. I was in a hurry and just asked for my regular nail color removed, my nails shaped and dip color applied. I think there was some language barrier with the young lady who was doing my nails because an older lady would step over and answer my questions or ask me questions. The nail tech used a dremel tool to remove the old polish (it was regular polish, not gel or dip) and cuticles. I wasn’t thrilled but I had told her I was in a hurry. The next morning, my cuticles were swollen sore. Three of my fingers ended up infected.Services: Manicure
