“Very helpful staff and was welcomed immediately upon walking in with a smile! The store was very clean and organized with plenty of products on the shelves. (Did not have to play the guessing game on how much the items are, or where they were placed within the store).
The associate was extremely helpful and knowledge about the store, as well as, the products. She listened to my issue and recommended the products I need and advice on how to help my fur baby.

This was never more true than yesterday when it was time for my cat’s booster immunizations. I contacted the store to request assistance with transporting my pet’s carrier into and out of the store, and the staff went above and beyond to address my circumstances. Not only did an associate come to my car, before and after the walk-in clinic, they also provided a chair for me to sit in while I waited for my turn. They carried my pet every step of the way, making my experience easier and safer for me. Their kindness and patience is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be a future customer.”
“The manager, Mel, is extremely customer focused. I was a day outside of the return window and she, without hesitation, happily accepted my return and said, “We’re here to take care of our customers.” It’s always easy to find an associate to help and most times they are super knowledgeable or will find someone who can answer questions.”

“OMG!! I couldn't get my little dog Rocky to eat anything!!! The Wonderful girl (darker hair, kind of short haired) sorry can't remember her name, she deserves a HUGE raise!! Anyway, I told her all about him. She was SO patient and kind!! She took the time to help me and go over what I said he liked and didn't seem to like. Bravo!! She found exactly the thing he would eat. Now he eats! Can't believe he's eating every meal! I'm no longer stressing out! Thank you so VERY MUCH!! LOVE PetSmart at Tulsa Hills!! “Have been here many times and never had a bad experience. Prices are good, esp for a small business. Occasionally the bunnies are smelly, but that's life. My kid especially loves checking out the variety of lizards and reptiles. PetSmart ain't got nothin' on Animal House!”
