Slow....slow...slow...been there a few times...never less than a 28 day + wait for them to even touch my car. Yes, I like them, and Yes they do good work, WHEN they get around to it. Apparently Horable time management....Had to spend 1k + on my "spare car" as I waited, and waited 30+ days for them to even touch the car I had in their shop....Thoughts? Yes, NEVER again.

I had a puzzling ABS related electrical problem on my 2006 Chevy HHR.Dave diagnosed the problem and knew the fix before he even set eyes on the vehicle.Decades of experience and very fairly priced.It's worth the drive.

Dave was amazing! I had no idea this kind of customer service still existed. Soooo reasonably priced and the car never ran better. The car was throwing so many codes he figured it all out and even got the air conditioner working. Definitely would recommend and I understand he does more than electrical. They had my pickup for about 6 Months didn't find anything and said , It should be ok, Lol . drove it Home and it Burned up again. He did give me a refund, But still Out $200 for a New ECU and plug. So On to another Shop.Service: Electrical

Set an appointment to have my car dropped off had it towed over there, it was in their possession for almost a month. The entire time it was there they didn’t fix anything on my car. Went to pick it up only to find my driver side door scuffed with white paint and a deep scratch on it. Was definitely not there before it was dropped off! When I started asking who was responsible for it all I got was “I don’t know” over and over. He proceeded to ask me if I was sure it wasn’t like this before it came in. I said I know my car and that definitely was NOT there before hand. I do have to give credit when credit is due, he took it and had it buffed out the same day as pick up, but the deep scratch is still there and visible. Also my they kept the cover to the fuse box. Would not recommend..
