The BEST place to take all my vehicles to for general maintenance, repairs, and modifications . The owner and staff are honest, upfront about expectations on length of service and price. Listen if your not bringing your own parts (all needed) then you may have to wait on the vendor to get them to the shop. No shop will order parts and keep them for you just hoping you show up when you say you will. Even if you prepay for them, they aren’t a warehouse (they are not in the business of storing parts for someone else that may or may not show up) I have never had an issue with getting my daily driver in and back same day. The workmanship always done on my truck is second to none. Yes I have to wait about a week to get it back, but that is expected and communicated upfront (especially with custom work). All in all this is a great shop and I would highly recommend them.

Midtown saved my bacon today. Had a starter go out today. I needed it repaired in an expedited manner. Boy did they knock it out of the parked. Diagnosed and repaired the same day. So appreciative of their help today. I am a for life.

Super nice people, very disappointing results. I scheduled my car’s struts to be fixed a month ago. At the time I scheduled, I asked them to confirm they had the needed parts and even offered to pay for them in advance. Fast forward to today, I drop my car off, take off work, and spend $100 renting a car. After 6.5 hours, I call to check in and they say, “sorry- we don’t have the parts. It’ll be another 7-10 days before we can get them in.”Had I been a walk in client, I would have understood, but I scheduled this a month ago. They did agree to take $100 off my price to cover the car rental after I asked for this, but they’ve lost all the trust I had in them at this point and I will not be back.
