Took all papers to worker at liberty tax she never even tried to get me more she just put info in computer the didn't try to help me with me things and try to figure out what will help me get a maximum refund. First she didn't return my calls so in my book we were off to a bad start. Then she didn't offer or try to help me to file. She didn't seem very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She is the manager. But I was not pleased with my service. Liberty will not get a very good rating from me.Wayne Couch
