Low lifes. Twice in the last 10 year my family hit hard times. where we were in hole for months. my dad asked every day for over a month if there was anything to help get back out they always said no untill AFTER they stole my house payment to cover his debt then they told him about all these programs they had available that he coulda used. And again last few months i needed help and they refused to help me with anything untill AFTER they stole money from another relative to bail out my account. Ive also had arguments with management and staff there because they believe if your drivers license expires that you are no longer a person or entitled to your money. Weve had issues with staff putting money into random peoples accounts multiple times told us the only way we help get thier employees better trained is to fill out a report then after you do that thier staff will straight up act like you dont exist and ignore you for 10+ minutes because they pissed off they got reported after they told you todo it. I truely hate this bank and everyone who works here please take your business elsewhere and dont let these low life thieves have access to your money they will steal it if you dont watch them closely

Worst banking experience ever. The people are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend banking here at all. Save yourself from future headaches and frustration and choose a different bank.

I’m SO happy with IBC bank, Sapulpa! I have multiple accounts with them, and they always go above and beyond to meet my needs. The entire staff is kind, courteous and professional. After only visiting a handful of times, they remembered my name, as well as my small child’s. They go the extra mile. I’ve been a satisfied customer for 5+ years.

Clock in my car said 5:57pm. Their clock out front read 5:55pm. They supposedly closed at 6pm, but they were already closed. Not a happy bank customer this evening.

Loooong wait times. Always at least 3 people behind the counter but 1 of them will always be doing see other project aside from helping customers while the other 2 tellers are either watching them or just standing around. I don't know if management has them doing other work that interferes with taking care of customers or if they just can't do their jobs efficiently. Needs serious improvement.
