We have been with this bank for 10 years and have had nothing but excellent service. They have been great to work with from the loan department to the tellers.

The reason I give First United Bank 1 star is because I am not allowed to give them any less. I can't imagine a worse mortgage company to deal with. Every single month is a disaster dealing with them. They process payments late and hit the customer with fees. They fail to process payments correctly and hit the customer with fees. They then make you jump through a bunch of hoops just to pay them and then hit you with fees.If this is the only bank that is willing to give you a loan, you may be better off being homeless.

This bank needs to be either demolished and replaced with a different bank, or everyone needs to be retrained.DO NOT go to this bank for ANY loans! What should be 30-45 days is taking them almost 6 MONTHS to transfer the funds! Our loan has been APPROVED and yet, they keep making excuses why the funds CANT be transferred!I really hope management gets replaced or this bank gets shutdown so others don’t have to experience the pain that we have gone through.Save your time and choose a different bank!

I been with this bank for over 25 yrs. Inside, in the drive thru or on the phone. I've never been helped by anyone who wasn't polite, helpful, friendly and professional. They go out of their way to meet your needs.

Every person I’ve spoke to at this branch is extremely rude, and speaks to me like I’m stupid! I will be pulling my money from this bank ASAP!

This use to be a good bank,but the people they have working here are super slow and do not seem to know what they are doing. Here lately every time I call there is issues with the phones or they just don't want to answer the hold times are seriously ridiculous. I will be switching banks very soon.

the worst bank I've ever delt with they are always rude and never helpful at all and when you have to call them it's always some lame excuse you have to go to a branch we can't help you some people work for a living and you are closed when they get off can't wait to switch
