Try not to go on Monday, it's way too busy, otherwise they are very efficient and friendly.

Jeffery is the most rudest person I have ever met. Has bad attitude.. people who are needing rentals a lot of times have been in wrecks and it's not gonna hurt to have some compassion. Left there went to another rental place and rented a car. Highly recommend not going to this enterprise.

We had a fairly easy time here except one issue. When the manager called me to ask how my experience was, I shared the concern and he personally rectified it. I was very impressed with his taking responsibility and taking care of us as a customer! In the end, mistakes happen, but it’s how you take ownership for them that matters. And I appreciate that.

Reserved rental at least 2 weeks in advance. Did not have available when I arrived. What is the point of a reservation? Why did I not receive a call so I can prepare? Poor management/Leadership. Car does not look washed. Seats are stained.

I was involved in a car accident and my insurance set up a rental during the time my car was being repaired due to a car accident that I was not at fault.I assumed that the repair would only be for a few days. My insurance company agreed to pay $30/day. I agreed to the upgraded price from a small under $30/day to next size which was just over $30/day.There were issues getting my car towed to the collision repair shop so few days turned out to be longer. The black chevy Mailbu that I received on Wednesday October 12 was REEKING of stale cigarette smoker. So much so that I called to return the car on the following Friday, October 14. The Rent-A-Car representative said he would call when there was a car available. I went to the Sapulpa Rent-A-Car at 5 pm on Friday, October 14 and they were closed. On Monday October 17 I called and was told I could return the stinking Malibu. I live in Sapulpa but work in Tulsa 30 miles north of Sapulpa. During working hours I returned to Sapulpa to exchange the Malibu. When I arrived I explained that the repair was going to take longer so I need to get the SMALLER CAR THAT THE INSURANCE WOULD COVER. There wasn't a car available so I was given a Ford Bronco with the statement from the Rent-A-Car representative that I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE UPGRADE.The bronco was returned to Enterprise on Thursday, November 10. Yesterday Thursday November 17, I was informed that I owed $149.??. After speaking with the Enterprise representative I was informed that I was charged for the midsize rate.I don't understand why I'm getting charged for a midsize car when I specifically asked for a small car that my insurance of $30/day would cover. If I had known that I was going to get charged for the midsize rate when I specifically asked for the small car the I would have had my insurance company transfer the rental agreement to another location. This is very unacceptable mistake on the Sapulpa Rent-A-Car representative.

As I was leaving the rental place with my rental car a light came on and I couldn't forgot what it was and it kept saying something about key was not with me or something so I had to turn back to get the key to the vehicle because he forgot to give it to me I would have made it home and turn off the vehicle I probably wouldn't have been able to turn it back on or off so that was very upsetting

We reserved a vehicle a month in advance. They guaranteed the vehicle until the day of pickup. They stated they could no longer give us the picked vehicle due to it being a holiday weekend. They told us we’d have to pay $1100 for the rental or take something else. Then they told me the alternate would cost more than the original set price agree upon a month before. Don’t make plans with this company.

I've used Enterprise many times & always pleased with their service. I only think it would be better if the one I used would be open on Saturdays.

Suffice it to say I was involved in an accident that required a rental. First, a small piece of advice...insurance companies in the state of Oklahoma are NOT required to provide you with a rental.I found out the hard way. Add rental insurance to your policy. It's cheap. It's done more or less as a courtesy by the other person's insurance company if they are presumed at fault, but they are not required by law to provide this. Two months later, I turned in the vehicle.Yeah.Lesson learned.Jeff and the crew at Enterprise treated me EXTREMELY well. Very accommodating and extremely accessible. Keep in touch with them regarding your needs, and they will bend over backwards to help.Having said that, if you are military or a veteran, well, so was the founder, and he named the company after the ship he served on. Join USAA for discounts and additional perks. You will NOT be eligible for these perks if you are given an insurance company discount, but you will if using for, say, a vacation.
