In transit, from out of state, and threw a wheel weight causing my RV to shake. Got me in quick and remedied problem. Checked the other wheel just to be safe. Got me right back on the road. Thanks guys! A+

I purchased 4 tires at the store in Sapulpa. My salesman has been at this store for several years and was very efficient and helpful as always. Everyone was courteous and they finished the job in a timely manner.

I told the counter guy my bead was breeched and it would take air but wouldn't hold air, the tech said all he did was air up the tire to the 28lbs, i said I needed the bead cleaned and some sort of bead sealant used to make sure it would hold air, it is still leaking, i was pretty clear what I needed but I can add air to any tire, but I went to a tire shop to get it fixed, IT ISNT FIXED.

Our brake light switch broke the morning of our planned 14 hour drive to Flagstaff, AZ. It also affected the acceleration and maintaining of speed on the car and we were very worried it wouldn’t make it. We came in to Cecil desperate for some help and there was no mechanic there on a Saturday. The front desk worker inspected it and went out and worked on it voluntarily for an hour and a half and miraculously fixed the break switch which also led to the acceleration working again. He only charged us $15 for his 90 minutes of labor aside from the parts. He knew what he was doing, saved our trip & car, was cheap, helpful, and kind!

Found out later that Cecil and Son's has been bought out by a really big company called Sun Auto.
Went in today for oil change and tire rotation, check rear brakes. Was told they probably couldn't change brakes. Only one "mechanic." I noticed it wasn't near as busy as it normally is. I've been going here for five or six years. Never had an issue, always saw the same people working there.
Now, it seems inefficient, a fair bit more expensive, and less friendly on the front end. Familiar faces are gone. They also updated their systems so while they had record of my name and number, they had no record of my cars or any work previously done.
They seem to have eliminated the cashier too. Just another corporate thing I suppose.
I'm sure the oil was changed and the tires were rotated. Can get that done lots of places. I see no need to return.
Brakes were still good. Double checked those myself.

These gentlemen take care of my car. My Dad was a mechanic and I believe he would also agree that they take good care of my car . . and that's saying something.

Smooth experience. Dropped vehicle off just before close. Picked it up the next morning around 11. Already researched & knew what tires needed before stopping by. Will recommend to others.

My favorite tire shop. I do business personally and I purchase semi truck tires from the as and Springs store. Today really tried my patience. I arrived at 7:30 this morning to have a new set of wheels installed which wasn’t completed until almost 11:30
