Don’t go to this Carmart they is not worth it and all they do is scam, you add extra money to your payment they will just check it. Dont go to Carmart ❗️❗️❗️ This makes the second time they jib me and my so called accountant Stoney thought it was cute to talk shit about how people pay bills and wanna get smart over the phone when nobody asked her for smart ass remarks and on top of it I was supposed to be in a new car because somebody hit my car and drove off and Amber was making promises that she couldn’t keep so don’t get a car through here wasting ya time and all they going to do is take your money.
PS IF YOU GO TO THE SAPULPA LOT AND SEE A GRAY 2016 NISSAN ROGUE DO NOT GET IT THE CAR WILL BE OVERPRICED BECAUSE ON KELLY BLUEBOOK THE VALUE OF THE CAR IS $9,000 NOT $20,669 THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT THEY MONEY. $350 EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR 2016 IS CRAZY WORK.❗️❗️ SOMEBODY HIT ME AND DROVE OFF TOLD ALL CARMART WILL DO IS FIX IT UP AND PUT IT BACK ON THE LOT LIKE NOTHING HAPPEN. The buying process is easy! Got in got out (3 hours later) , 2 weeks in the transmission started acting up, called told Donna (shop “manager”) said it would take 2-3 WEEKS to fix ( but of course had make all the payments), transmission finally just stopped! Told by (Donna) it would be 2 weeks … NO loaner, can’t get to work, can’t get to the grocery store can’t get ANYWHERE…NOW we’re on week 3 (DONNA said it will be MONDAY before it’s finished..MAYBE) was told the car had been gone over by mechanic before we bought it ..LIE… there was NO DIPSTICK IN IT! Don’t go here… DONT BUY HERE! Don’t recommend
So I’m editing my review to add: we finally got the car back after 2 1/2 weeks, drive it for 1 week & guess what… the transmission (that was supposed to be fixed) is draining all the fluid out! SURPRISED (not me) so now we’re stranded with no working car again…
AGAIN… Don’t buy here

Carissa is so amazing and gave me such an amazing surprise. I had previously bought a car with her and got into an accident, she seen the exact car I was looking for come in and she took time off from her lunch to call me and with such exciting news! Carissa was as excited as I was for this! Definitely recommend coming her they truly make you feel like family!

Garrett made my experience a delight and my buying experience was stress free. I didn't feel pressured and he really took the time to answer all my questions. This is literally the worse car mart ever I will never send anyone here or go back they do not care about u at all Owasso is a better lot. I got two vehicles here an both motors blew they tell come in with $75 an we can put it in shop no that was a lie I done what they said an other lady tells me the day I go in that I will have to pay out of pocket to have it fixed I said um not happening an the another lot told me on my credit report that my car I got threw them was marked as voluntary repo well it was not I was driving it an making my payments they r a joke an a bunch of liers
