“No one likes having their car repaired, but if you ever do, this is the place to go. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and were incredibly helpful. When I picked up my car, it looked just like it did the day I bought it — they even detailed the interior.
Joel was the claims advisor/tech who worked on my car, and his attention to detail really showed. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and welcoming, and the friendly dog in the lobby made the whole experience even nicer.
Overall experience: 10/10.”

“Darrell Jackson and I were in Animal House for the first time on Saturday :) We were after a LIVE FISH purchase for our newly cleaned tank and they had a wide variety of tropical fish to choose from, prices are reasonable and Cindy was very helpful too! You should stop in if you haven't been by there before, they have a lot of animals <3 We purchased 20 fish and 18 have survived, that is pretty good odds :) Thank you so much for helping us Cindy and we will be back for another haul soon! :)”

“I needed a new battery but my truck was parked where it couldn't be jumped. The nice guy at Advance loaned me a portable jump start device. I got it started and went back to buy a 250 dollar battery plus other things. No one else in town cared enough to hear my story. This is customer service as it's supposed to be. Thank you.”

“Johnny and Vince took care of me. Not particularly fast, and $306 for two 18inch mid-grade tires but I appreciated the kind service and talking me patiently through different options. [ I normally prefer taking my business to local places whenever possible but this wasn't one of those times. (Waiting for tire service with two toddlers is no joke; and wandering around the toy section at Walmart is a lot nicer than sitting in a random waiting area.) Overall I'm satisfied and grateful for this option when I needed it. ]”

He loves the HECK out of what he's doing, and is one of the friendliest and most engaging people we have met in all our travels.
If you are ever within a few hundred miles of this place, it is a must-see.
