I had a house fire 2 years ago.I tried to find a storage building through other companies to rent .I called and called other places and I never talked to anyone.So I decided to go see what Attic storage had and I met the sweetest lady in the office, she had a great bubbly personality, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the buildings.She made me feel right at home like she had known me for years.She took me to a few units and let me decide for myself on how big I needed for all of my things.She didnt pressure me at all .I forgot what her name is but she has red hair .I did end up getting 2 units .She explained all that was covered and asked if I wanted insurance on the two , units .I'm still renting two units today , she has always let me know when payment is due for both of them & she has always let me know a month ahead when the units will go up in price .I've always had great experience with her..The office and the faculty is clean,I've seen her more than a few times picking up trash around the buildings .I've only seen ants and rolly Polly's in the storage units , which is normal...

I love Heather!! She is the most amazing person on the planet. She makes you feel at home and is just a joy to sit and talk to. I recommend attic storage to everyone I know.

I am absolutely floored by the amazing customer service this placed offered. Heather was incredible she walked me through the entire process and honestly made it fun!!! If you need a storage unit go see Heather she will get you taken care of!!!

The manager was excellent, she was very up beat and personable, she was very kind and helpful, answered all of our questions without hesitation, and showed us around the facility. The facility is very clean, secure, and nice!

The manager is so helpful and understanding! Clean facilities and gated units really make you feel secure in your storage being well taken care of. Would highly recommend and suggest them as a storage facility to anyone!

Heather and her team have been awesome. I contacted them to schedule a move in date that got pushed back several times. They worked with me to make sure that we were ready to go on move in day! Nice facilities as well. Great experience!
