This location has the best staff in the state. Cassie has gone above and beyond to assist me on multiple occasions! I drive out of my way to go to the Sapulpa location because the Tulsa locations just cannot compare.

Every single month is tries to block my subscriptions when though I call them every single month to remind them that yes I did indeed sign up for them. And it always takes forever on the phone to fix. Their repeat blocks have cost me so much extra money.

Always love the staff. In particular, Hannah is a beautiful person. Completely brightened my day with her energy and smile. I came in minutes before close needing a new debit card and she greeted me with such a presence that I left still thinking about how she had turned my day around. PLEASE praise her for her wonderful customer service and energy she brings to your business!!

The staff in the lobby are super helpful but its evident they're overworked.The real problem is the drive thru line; its not uncommon to wait upwards of an hour. A big problem is the ATM where every week it runs out of money and you have no idea until you insert your card. Its way too common to wait 20-40 mins for cars to get through the deposit lanes for you to finally access the ATM lane only to find the ATM is drained.Also, don't use the ATM when there's about 2 hours of daylight left. the ATM faces west and when the sun is low enough, it reflects on the screen and is literally impossible to see what your doing unless you've either memorized the touch screen button layout, are wearing welding goggles, or get out of your car and use your shadow to block the sunlight so you can see the screen.I was gonna give a 1-star review but the nice staff gave an extra star.

Place is becoming a joke. The only reason I chose this bank was for their hours they were open. But now they close the lobby at 4 meanwhile the drive thru lane is backed out into the street.
