The receptionist in the morning is very rude.. He is terrible. I hope the owners read this. He changes prices constantly. I have to send someone to pick up my dog and pay. So I make sure I get the price before I have pet there. He constantly changes prices in like $30-$40 higher. He has no clue as I have asked to lafy to put it in the notes. He is worthless is best.

Took my 2 dogs to be groomed. Was told in order for them to be groomed there, they had to be a patient of the vet. I was later told they didn't have to be. True, I was told they would only be bathed not groomed. However, when I picked them up, after being there for 8 hours. They were still not dry, and when I got them home, I had to brush them out, because they were matted somewhat. I had changed to this vet. My one dog had an emergency over a weekend and I called first thing Monday morning. The girl that answered the phone was unconcerned, and told me to call another vet.

Nice people but would not work with me scheduling wise to get strays/feral cats spayed/neutered. I was disappointed in the veterinarian because of this.

We scheduled an appointment to have our Great Dane spayed there today. We made this appointment a few weeks ago, and the clinic was aware this was a fully grown Great Dane, who had previously had a litter of puppies, and was over 100 pounds.We both took off work today to be available to load her, take her, and be available for when she would be finished to pick her up. After we arrived, the doctor informed us that he hurt his back a few days before and he was not allowed to lift over 80 pounds, and would not be able to perform her surgery today.I have had my back go out before, so I completely understand that, but the purpose of my irritation and frustration is the lack of communication and professionalism from the doctor and/or staff. They could have called us anytime before today and explained the situation to reschedule, and we would have been more than understanding, but instead, there was no communication whatsoever, until after we were in the clinic, and both missing time from work.

I feel very welcome when I go here. The receptionist is super kind and goes above to make sure she is very thorough with everything. The doc explains everything clearly. I have 5 dogs. He is good with everyone of them. A big thanks for all the kindness and knowledge.

Care Animal Hospital is AWESOME!!!! Our entire family has been taking our pets to them for over 9 years. Completely satisfied not one complaint.
