“My husband bought me some birthday gifts, that unfortunately, were way too big. I had the receipt, original packaging/tags, and I was looking forward to exchanging it and buying more clothes. Your strict 14 day exchange/return window made that impossible. It’s actually a 10 day window since you’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. I left the bag of clothes with the really nice girl working as well as my name and number. I would still love to exchange them. I’m hopeful you will do the right thing by 1) changing your terrible exchange policy. 2) letting me exchange my items. Hope to hear from you soon.1/19/23I am updating my review like I said I would. “In the days of horrible customer service from so many companies, how refreshing it is to have an exceptional experience! I went to the LivyLu store on Saturday. I bought a couple of shirts while there, but one shirt I wanted was in their warehouse. Juliana asked me where I lived. I told her south BA. She promptly without reservation told me she would just drop it by my house on Tuesday on her way home, as she didn’t live far from me. I got a text from her this afternoon saying she would be by around 5:00 today. She then texted and told me it was on my porch! Can you just imagine a world with companies that took this much pride in what they do?

“This gift shop in Tulsa may be tiny but it packs a punch. A great place to look for gifts or oddities for yourself. Lots of decorations, joke gifts, fun holiday ornaments, knick knacks, toys, some jewelry, and other interesting and unusual items. My grandpa would have liked this store.”
“I went to there store shopping for dress for my formal and the dress was so cute the lady was so helpful she told us where the difference size of dress and said if you need help I can help you and she was just so nice highly recommend going love this store so much and dress for different people and they fit so good they had long and short dress and dress for anything you need it for really good quality dress.”

They specialize in women's plus-size apparel that is fashionable and not frumpy, which is hard to find in plus-size fashion. “This has become my favorite store, I love the cloths but also love the ladies that work there, first they wear the cloths they sell and they model them well at all sizes, makes you want to try them on, the Ladies look like women not tranies and can look at you and pretty much get your size right. They recommended items I normally would not have looked at and they were so right about them. Between the great styles and the very kind and professional women there can not say enough good about this store. After the first time I went in, they remembered my name.”
