If I could if 0 stars i would. They never have anything in stock and the workers never know how to work anything. I can use my WIC card fine every time at self check out but at the cashier register with 3 different people at 3 different times not a single one none could get it work an tells me that must not be covered here. So I just use the self check out only for WIC here.

It's Walmart- certainly don't love to go there but they have what you need. Usually the friendliness person is the door greeter. Not Walmart's fault but too many people hang around outside. Definitely a safety issue at most large stores lately.

I bought a Harttool drill and a saw on march 4th at a local walmart. I was told that, as a promotion, I would get 2 batteries and a charger. Instead the drill only had 1 battery and a charger with it. The battery does not charge. It flashes double red error. From researching this it turns out that this is a huge problem with this brand because they ship them without enough charge for the charging device to work. The device is designed to charge a partially low battery and not a completed dead unit. They ship them this way for safety but the result is a defective product for many people. Harttool has no easy means to get a replacement. You have to call them. Good luck. I tool the drill back to walmart but they would not replace or give me credit. I did not have the receipt but they could tell that i bought it there when they scanned my card. Alas, I was left with no help and just a defective unit. I could buy another battery, but I have heard that most of their batteries have this problem, and I am not sure that I want that mess. Walmart does not stand behind this product and neither does the manufacturer, apparently. I will never, NEVER, shop there again. i dont care if I have to drive 100 miles, from now on Walmart is a no go zone for me. I should have just gone to Lowes but we were in a hurry and now I have a useless tool. Dont waste your time with Walmart tools. Anywhere else would be better.

I waited for 10 minutes, about as long as I could make my almost 4yo wait. But the family bathroom is always taken by a male walmart worker. I guess just to poop and play on his phone. Problem is, the kid seat in the stalls are also always broken. So me, 38 weeks pregnant, with two toddlers, cannot go to the restroom while I use this walmart. My kids can sure. But the stalls are not safe. There is no accessibility or family restroom ever available. And yesterday some tall, seemingly fully-abled man comes out of the family restroom after I just went through hell and back in their public restroom
All the while trying to keep my kids off of that disgusting floor. Even my oldest kept asking me why it was so gross in there. My only response was that people make their environments gross because they're gross in their hearts too.
Some serious things need to change. This walmart is NOT accessible for families.
There is one family bathroom used mostly by employees. The baby changing stations do not have disposable liners. No toilets ever have disposable liners. Toilet paper is never stocked, only stacked on top of the holder or sometimes stacked on the floor. (Good thing I have wipes on me. Gross!)
Buckles for the seats are ALWAYS installed both incorrectly, or they are straight up broken and unusable. So most carts are just plain unsafe and I had to buy an insert for the cart just so I can shop.
It's bad enough that I can't rely on walmart pickup orders and MUST shop. And unfortunately walmart is the cheapest around. If I could avoid the store altogether I would.
Yall just need to step it up though.
