Before employees take it upon themselves to "help" customers in self checkout area they should think before acting. Today I had a nearly full cart. I was doing fine and did not ask for help when suddenly a young male clerk reached in my basket, grabbed a bottle of wine and scanned it, saying he would help me. Up popped the screen where employee must enter a code after answering whether the customer is younger than 40. I am in my 70's. The clerk said he had to see my ID. My driver license was in my purse which was underneath several produce items. I had to unload everything and show him my license before he would click the button and let me continue. I understand the need for employees to obey the law and check IDs. But please do not take it upon yourselves to come over and scan something in our baskets when the ID cannot be easily shown. If he had paid any attention to my basket, he could have seen my purse was buried. His actions were not helpful at all.

I don't hate very many things in life but I'm starting to have a serious hate towards Walmart and how it's pushing the self checkout on its customers now. I've asked the checkout people and they always say the same thing ( they don't know why either ) it's just sad. What ever happened to the bedrock this giant was built on my Sam Walton. Customer service above everything else has done straight out the window

I ordered a photo Christmas ornament as a gift over a month ago. I called customer service today and found out it was delivered to this store on the 2nd. Nobody notified me and now it is considered "lost in the store". Which I'm assuming means it's not going to be replaced, it's just gone and nobody knows what happened to it. Nice job, Walmart!

They have bad services like for example money services. I went there just to get my money that someone gave me and they said things racist to my mother

Asked an associate where to find a product because on the app it says they had it in stock but I personally looked for it. I work in retail and will look down every aisle before asking. She just said if it isn't over there than we don't have it. So I walked out empty handed & won't be returning!

Every time we have to deal with automotive we get bad results. They take for ever trying to change 2 tires. And they guy on the phone was very rude when I asked about the wait... Walmart needs to get some new employees to cover the automotive area.

Yeah, I KNOW its WalMart but honestly, I had a great experience here. I purchased two pair of panties - DON'T EVEN COMMENT ON WHAT THAT SAYS ABOUT ME - and they were $4.50 each. At check out there was a flag on the computer saying there was a discrepancy. One pair came up at $2 and one was $4.50. The customer service lady insisted on making both of them $2 - and I WASN'T ASKING! The store was clean and organized. And everyone was NICE! We almost ran over a couple in the parking lot and they waved us on while smiling. THAT would never happen in Chicago.
