Extremely poor customer service. If you want service with a smile or actual answers, you likely will not find it there. Management, checkers and pharamacy staff, they all seem tired and some, trained in the culture of the “I don’t think we have that”, Walgreens, final answer. They don’t think… is also apparent.

Go anywhere else.Unless you enjoy repeatedly asking for name brand and receiving generic.I've gone to this pharmacy for 3+ years and for the last year, every time I open the bag, I'm disappointed. "Ventolin is the name brand, that's the one I want. Active ingredient is albuterol. Also, it's the blue inhalor, not the red one. Yes, you may fax the doctor to refill."RED INHALOR, EVERY TIME.I've been clear, concise, and patient. Yall suck. And 80% of your staff is rude.The guy with the accent is cool tho.2 stars instead of 1, since it took me so long to switch pharmacies. Probably that accent.

Had the worst experience ever. The girl that waited on us was super emotional and rude. Rolling eyes and throwing her hands up in the air that she can’t handle it. We were so thrown off by her behavior. I don’t understand a place that would hire someone so emotionally out of control. She is dealing with narcotics and people who are ill. The pharmacist tried to cover for the employee which blew my mind. A veteran or any human should never be treated the way she treated my husband and me today.

Wow! The rudeness and unprofessionalism of the pharmacy staff was about as bad as they come. My wife wanted to speak to someone about it but I told her that when employees treat their customers that way, it means it’s already become a part of their culture. There’s no one to speak with who’s going to care.

Drove an hour to be here when they open according to the schedule online, just to wait another hour for the pharmacy to open.

I stopped to pick up a prescription for my brother who is battling cancer. I asked the man working the drive through if he was able to use GoodRX or apply any coupons since my brother was dealing with financial hardship & has no health insurance. He essentially told me it was too much work for him to look for a discount for my brother's prescription! Every other pharmacy I've ever used, ALWAYS tries to find the best price for me before I pick up the prescription!

I cannot believe the unprofessionalism at the pharmacy! The poor lady at the window having to cover for the smirking technicians behind her as she tells customers for the THIRD TIME that their script isn’t ready and it will be another 45 minutes. I waited 2.5 hours for scripts. When they were finally ready I find out that one of them wasn’t even entered and it would be another hour. All I got was “oops” with a snicker! Absolutely unacceptable!

Female pharmacist hung up on me twice without salutations. It's not our fault she doesn't like her job. Don't have to take it out on your customers. Please learn to be more considerate. Seriously.

Worst Pharmacy i have EVER DEALT WITH. PROBLEMS EVERY TIME I COME IN.SO DISORGANIZED AND AFTER the Redheaded pharmacist TOLD ME TO WAIT 20 MIN FOR his MISTAKE, IT TOOK OVER 30 MIN AND WAS TOLD by him that my insurance wouldnt fix the problem, then the young lady all the way to the left stated to him that he called the wrong people-and that he would need to call THEIR THIRD PARTY...He then told me it would only be a few more minutes.I ONLY USE THEM FOR WORK COMP. So to always have to wait for them to take the $ charge off and get work comp. To authorize it is a HUGE TIME WASTER EVERY SINGLE TIME. So back to this time.My order was called on the intercom I go to the left window and after standing there for a few minutes- NATHANIEL tells me i have to get back in line.I show him on my phone that it has been over 38 minutes since the last time i was in line and it was the pharmacist fault-He said I Still have to.So after get my meds, i speak to the Head pharmacist who says its not their fault but my insurance, i tell him the other pharmacist admited it was his fault. I show him the timer on my phone is at 40min- he then states that he didn't know i was waiting, but i told NATHANIEL to let the pharmacist know that i am waiting on the medication.So disorganized - Where is the integrity? I don't like being lied to. I cant wait for my injury to heal so i wont have to Deal with the UNNAACCEPTABLE SERVICE that only the Sand Springs Walgreens Pharmacy dishes out.I Never have problems with my other medications at walmart.
