Disgusting customer service. The lady that picked up the phone was rude and lied about medication not being in. I was not able to get her name because she hung up before I could get her information. She sound old. The young ladies working there are a lot nicer and kind. The old lady I spoke to on the phone was rude. Just despicable customer service and got mad at me for confirming what I was told by their worker.
Reading most of the comments at this store shows how rude most of the workers are. I am not sure why you have to be so rude to your customer. You told your customer one thing and when they confirm and you don’t have it ready how is that customers fault but then you get mad at your customer for confirming what your people had told the customer. If you’re going to lie, get your story straight and don’t be rude to hang up on your own customer. You people have told us 24 hours. It had been 48 hours and the medications is still not processed. How is it your customers fault.
It’s very distasteful to be so be so so arrogantly rude to your customers.

Worst pharmacy in the state of Oklahoma. Always an issue getting my meds. So rude and disrespectful. Stress inducing just to enter the building anymore. Moved over to an amazing pharmacy who treats you like a human being and makes you fill valued and appreciated . Would not recommend even to my enemies.
Spoon Drug in Sandsprings is my recommendation. Top notch one of kind amazing customer service and always has my prescriptions

The male pharmacist with the bald spot on the back of his head was incredibly rude for seemingly no reason. I don't know if he's over worked or under payed, but it seems like he takes it out on the customers. Didn't appreciate it.

Extremely poor customer service. If you want service with a smile or actual answers, you likely will not find it there. Management, checkers and pharamacy staff, they all seem tired and some, trained in the culture of the “I don’t think we have that”, Walgreens, final answer. They don’t think… is also apparent.

Go anywhere else.Unless you enjoy repeatedly asking for name brand and receiving generic.I've gone to this pharmacy for 3+ years and for the last year, every time I open the bag, I'm disappointed. "Ventolin is the name brand, that's the one I want. Active ingredient is albuterol. Also, it's the blue inhalor, not the red one. Yes, you may fax the doctor to refill."RED INHALOR, EVERY TIME.I've been clear, concise, and patient. Yall suck. And 80% of your staff is rude.The guy with the accent is cool tho.2 stars instead of 1, since it took me so long to switch pharmacies. Probably that accent.

Had the worst experience ever. The girl that waited on us was super emotional and rude. Rolling eyes and throwing her hands up in the air that she can’t handle it. We were so thrown off by her behavior. I don’t understand a place that would hire someone so emotionally out of control. She is dealing with narcotics and people who are ill. The pharmacist tried to cover for the employee which blew my mind. A veteran or any human should never be treated the way she treated my husband and me today.

Wow! The rudeness and unprofessionalism of the pharmacy staff was about as bad as they come. My wife wanted to speak to someone about it but I told her that when employees treat their customers that way, it means it’s already become a part of their culture. There’s no one to speak with who’s going to care.

I stopped to pick up a prescription for my brother who is battling cancer. I asked the man working the drive through if he was able to use GoodRX or apply any coupons since my brother was dealing with financial hardship & has no health insurance. He essentially told me it was too much work for him to look for a discount for my brother's prescription! Every other pharmacy I've ever used, ALWAYS tries to find the best price for me before I pick up the prescription!
