Today I went to the Verizon store and had too get my girlfriends phone taken off a plan and on mine. It was our first time switching over by ourselves, and the guy was so nice! He helped us so much and answers all my questions. Other people walked in and were being rude and the guy was still nice and had patience and didn’t get angry he was so nice and kind and great I had such a good experience there

This srore sold a screen protector and said it could be replaced 2 times 1 st time I came to replace it they won't because they don't carry that brand anymore. ?

Service is better than the others but they stole a phone from me and won’t give me the credit I was told I’d received tried to get it fixed 6 times but they deny honoring it

Chris and Brad welcomed me as I arrived and were very helpful getting my phone to work again and setting me up with home internet. The internet service works pretty well especially for the price!

Christopher helped me and my husband switched and save money!!! We were with us cellular and we were so fed up with them he was easily the best person and so understanding and patient with us it took awhile to get them set up and our phones traded in and we made him have to stay late yet I didn’t feel rushed or anything! I will be going to him for everything!!!

Angelica helped us transfer our phones from another carrier to Verizon; she was so patient, knowledgeable & good to work with, resolving all the "glitches" that popped up during the transfer; everyone @ this office was courteous, friendly, working together as a team when needed. Thank you Amanda, Cassie, Chris & especially Angelica for taking such good care of us!
